Starbucks, Jenkintown PA

The baristas were really busy when I went in yesterday, and I waited patiently until they could take my order. As a result of me being patient, the barista that took my order paid for my food and my drink. Whenever I come here the employees are very personable and work very fast-paced. 10/10 customer service. Very kind and friendly staff.

I just genuinely do not understand why every time I come here no matter what day or time of day …. I’ll place my mobile order before I leave my house and I live about 15 minutes away and it’s never ready when I get here and I have to wait an addition 20 minutes every time for my things to be ready …. I understand being understaff and being busy trust me I used to work at a Starbucks in high school but I think there is zero reason why an order should take 30 minutes to make.

I love coming here, especially because it's so close to my apartment. The staff are very kind and helpful. Surprisingly fast too! The only 2 things that I truly hate about this place are that there is no drive-thru and the.parking.is.atrocious. Even when I think it won't be a busy time, the lot is almost always full and I end up having to park across the street. Mobile ordering is definitely your friend here.

I actually kinda forgot about this location as I had went to Willow Grove Mall to do a little shopping and people watching, lol, and went to first get Starbucks, only to find that the location was closed.what? It actually ruined my mall trip just a bit as I ALWAYS get Starbucks first. I was at the mall, maybe 30 minutes and remembered this location wasn't far at all. Went in, everyone was genuinely nice. Drink and snack were perfect, atmosphere was great as well. Looks like I may need to hit this location before I head to the mall from now on!

Love the order ahead on the app option. They are a full service store so they can heat your order.

Insanely slow and improper drink making. Don't call names when orders are ready. Also not friendly or polite. 0 stars

I don't regularly post about businesses but I make exceptions for exceptional service. I needed my caffeine fix after an early flight home and decided to treat myself to one of my faves, a caramel macchiato. I cannot compliment the staff and their service enough. For someone who is NOT a morning person, I truly appreciated the smiling faces, speedy services, and just overall good vibes given off in this location. Shout out to Jo who took my order this morning and made me feel like I was chatting with someone I'd known for years! And additional kudos to everyone else behind the counter for their pleasant dispositions. I hadn't been to a Starbucks like that in a while where literally every employee was not only exhibiting patience but genuine kindness and smiling faces.

Aside from service, I'll add my caramel macchiato was made perfectly, with my customizations for less sugar (Jo assisted with recommending what to cut back on) and my blueberry muffin was heated juuust right too.

It really helped jump start my day (since my day doesnt start until after that first sip) and left me cheesing so I just had to post THANK YOU and keep it up!

Slow service with lack of urgency. Staff seemed inexperienced and aloof based on pace. Behind the counter was very disorganized as they seemed trying to restock despite the middle of morning rush. Poor order accuracy (used half/half when I ordered almond milk). Poor product (received room temperature coffee). I frequent starbucks in Philadelphia during the week and this location is not up to par. Recommend avoiding this location and spending your money at local independently owned shop, or even Wawa or Dunkin.

I'm probably one of few people who go to Starbucks for everything else EXCEPT coffee or anything related to coffee!

I can tell you all about the pastries and sandwiches, but that's it lol

Another thing I don't like is the location/parking of this Starbucks.not much room, so have someone else in the car to run in for you.

I love coming to this Starbucks! As soon as I moved to the area I made quick friends with the staff bc they were just absolutely so nice! It’s always a great way to start my morning with a coffee and friendly face! Some of my favorites have moved on, but we keep in touch bc their kindness was absolutely genuine! I don’t know everyone’s name now, but I can’t say enough about Alex and the rest of the crew! It’s not just me - I see them consistently treat every customer with respect and warmth and get their orders out asap. I don’t understand some of the negative reviews posted. Obviously they are people with no patience. Yes, coffee places get busy, but there has never been a time that I had to wait for longer than expected. Every time I set foot in here EVERY single member of the team is working hard and fast to get the customers their order. I don’t know if higher ups ever read these reviews, but if you do - please acknowledge the exceptional job your team is doing here! I love love LOVE them at this Starbucks!

Extremely slow! It doesn't make sense how slow they are. Especially in the morning when they should be moving the fastest. I've been made late to work multiple times. The workers move in slow motion with no sense of urgency. Even if you do a mobile order, you still have to wait. I expect more, especially from a brand like Starbucks.

Every time I go to this location I am understood and get my order correct and in a timely manner. The customer service is great!

The staff here treats everyone like a regular. They make the drinks exactly how you order and are consistent every time.

The best staff and location in Philadelphia.
This location and staff was a huge part of feeling like life was getting back to normal after Covid shut down.

Veeeery slow. If you want to wait at least half an hour to get a coffee this is a place for you. It seems they don’t understand people are waiting. After, half an hour of waiting they will let you know that they are out of something.

One of the best Starbucks I have visited. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Never missed to visit this location whenever I am in the area.

Quick service my drink came out very good the atmosphere is just very dirty they need to do some serious cleaning at this location.

Tiny parking lot, but good coffee. Best to order ahead on the app and go in and pick it up. Many folks sitting around, all the seating was taken up.
