Starbucks, King of Prussia PA

I love Starbucks. This one can be inconsistent with the hours and how my drinks are made though. Staff is mostly courteous and works very hard to serve everyone. If they make a mistake they are quick to fix it.

I waited a significant amount of time for a staff member to take my order at the Drive Through only to then park up to go inside.

I noticed there was a large group inside the premises and the door was locked. One staff member opened the door slightly to say they were closed.

I said, if you're closed, then why don't you state you are closed on the drive through, as drivers including me are waiting unnecessarily for someone that isn't there to take my order.

They persisted to keep saying that they're closed, which I understood but it seemed my explanation didn't quite register. So, I tried to explain again.

It was at that moment, another staff member (pink hair, who has been mentioned in an earlier review) shouted an abusive expletive and pulled the door shut. I was shocked and told her not to swear at me, but the abusive behaviour continued.

In the end I returned to my vehicle and carried on feeling distraught at this terrible experience.

By reading the negative reviews, you can gather that previous customers have had issues with the drive through, staff and the poor standard of general service given.

I shall be lodging a formal complaint to Starbucks regarding this branch and it's incompetent staff who simply can't switch off their signboards to indicate that they are closed.

Consistently the worst customer service Starbucks in the area. I’m a teacher, so I leave really early in the morning and every time I put in a mobile order and arrive, there’s either no one working the mobile counter or my drink is 10 drinks behind. I’ve even had to remind the staff that I’m here for mobile order in the past which they rolled her eyes at me and then turned around and yelled who’s working mobile counter? They always seem to be in a really bad mood and are annoyed at how busy it is. When I walk in there, it feels like that I am inconveniencing the staff with my mobile order. It’s unfortunate that my first interaction with people in the morning is a negative one.

Posted hours are wrong! The door says they are open until 9 pm, and there are people inside. No sign up on the door or drive-through that they’re closed!

Always clean. Staff is always friendly and even during busy hours they handle customers quickly and effectively.

Girl with pink hair did not want to give me my Uber eats order when I got to the drive thru, she said it in a rude way to go inside to pick up the order, the whole time it was next to her and could of just handed it to me, will tell everyone in the area not to go to this location.

35 mins in drive through with only 3 people ahead of me. Not a single drink was ready for anybody what insanity is this.

Bugs were flying in the pastry glass case all over the pastries! The associates had No clue it ignored it. Servers looked a bit unkept. Grungy. Not very friendly as usual. It's been a while. What's going on?

Typical Starbucks. The music is a little loud if you're planning to do work here but the baristas are very friendly

I have been here several times so far, utilizing mobile order and ordering in the store. Overall, it is an okay Starbucks. The staff are nice, and the seating area is clean. However, it is quite small inside and they overfilled a Frappucino causing caramel to drip out creating a mess. They are quick to fill the order and will accommodate as needed. Between the location and speed I would recommend if you want a quick treat while shopping.

They could be faster in the Drive-Thru I honestly believe that they are fooling around in that restaurant and they're not fast enough in the drive through the purpose of you going through the drive-through is to get your water quickly at a speedy paste again with dealing with a person who is BSN around with other persons in the store on the customer time and I don't appreciate that and I see that they have a quick change over at this location of people this never the same person when I come and that's a shame they need dedicated people who can do the job and not mess around and wait until after work the mess around at this location lately the coffee is been the warm not hot coffee it's been a disaster I wish someone would step in and show these people how to be real employees and not some sort of playmate for another employee thank you

I go to starbucks frequently, especially this location. They had 6 people working and it took them 10 minutes to take our order, and another 10 to get the items we ordered. Highly disappointed

Staff is always quick and friendly. I go in store only. No experience with the drive through.

Made my tea perfectly innit! Made the tippity top of my morning and had the most scrumptious food ️

6 employees working in the store. Waited 15 minutes at the counter, and never received any service.

We love this Starbucks. We stop by at least 3 times a week and always have the best experiences and staff is super friendly. The young man at the drive-through window today (curly hair, didn't get his name), was so polite and just so full of positive vibes.

Worst Starbucks ever!
We went to get a tall vanilla latte with two espresso shots at the drive through. We waited for almost 40mins and at the end they gave us the wrong order - vanilla latte with two vanilla shots instead of two espresso shots. The person at the delivery window just acted normal and didn’t even say sorry.
