Efficient and accurate service in the drive-thru, which I was surprised as there was a four car line when I got into line. But it moved quickly and server was very pleasant. I like this Starbucks and truly enjoyed my drink. Definitely worth going to even if the location is a bit hidden in a shopping strip center. Easy to get into the line and parking lot.
Worst Starbucks ever. They can never make the coffee right. They load it with milk and a little bit of coffee.
I really like this location employee are really nice seem to enjoy the job! Its nice environment to work or relax in chairs are comfy seating inside and or outside. Always fast convenient tasty treats and delicious drinks. A+ service
The woman at the drive thru was super nice. My Shih Tzu had her first pup cup which she loved.
Whether you’re picking up at the drive-thru or in-store, nowadays with ordering ahead there are more than enough options for us consumers to pick - toppings, milks, mix-ins, etc. - to ultimately get what we want in our drinks. HOWEVER, no matter how advanced their workers are, people are people and the more complicated your order is the more likely something will get forgotten or misplaced or you’ll get too much cinnamon or not enough strawberries.
It happens at large fast-food/drink chains galore, but we’ve ordered MANY times here and they get our order.perfect.every.time. Granted it’s not a complicated order but again, people are people.
The Collier store used to be one of my favorite locations, but accuracy and quality of the drink orders has gotten notably worse in the last few months, regardless of how busy the store is.
I love it. Everyone is so nice and everything smells amazing. I love the service, the set up, and overall just the feeling I get when I order. I love it here
The drive-thru is usually backed up all the way out to the entrance road. Occasionally I will arrive 30 minutes after placing a mobile order and they will clearly not have even started on my items, but to be fair this is usually when there are 20+ people waiting inside so they are definitely overloaded on the reg.
Redeemed my stars for the wrong item (macchiato instead of breakfast sandwich) and so I didn’t get bonus stars for the challenge I was participating in.
Boss had to order twice because they couldn't keep his order straight. But I got my coffee whatever five stars
Our cashier was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with our large order (we got 5 breakfast sandwiches and 2 drinks). However, I watched one of the baristas make my drink incorrectly (I ordered a green tea lemonade but she used water) and when I asked her to correct the drink she just poured a little tea off the top and added a splash of lemonade, rather than remaking the drink properly. It’s definitely disappointing to spend $5+ on a venti drink and not get what you wanted.
I always have a wonderful experience visiting Starbucks. The employees are pleasant and always take a moment to acknowledge me, even if it's just by saying Hi and have a good day!
Great customer service! Although the store was short staffed (which is only corporate's fault!), each team member had a smile on their face and greeted my warmly. Corporate needs to raise wages and the labor budget for all their store. 15 minutes is for an order is too long a wait. 5 stars for the baristas, cashiers, and managers making it work! 1 star for Starbucks Corporate.
This location was horrible. Waited 25 min in the drive thru lane. There were 8 cars waiting. I had placed my order through the app so that when I finally got up to the speaker I was told to wait for a minute. Five minutes later I was finally addressed, by this time there were only 2 cars ahead of me. I finally received my order only to see that all the toppings, i.e. Cinnamon sprinkles were missing. I was to frustrated at this point to even argue the fact. I will not be back here again.
I was impressed with the efficiency of the staff. Everyone working at top speed. Friendly and working hard.
