I was overcharged and never reimbursed even though I contacted Starbucks customer service several times

You have to order online. The dumbest idea in the history of coffee. We are standing here and you have no orders to make, take my order and make the coffee. It really is that easy. Whoever is the decision maker at this location should lose their job. Wish I could give 0 stars

This location opens at 5: 00 am but only has one person staffed. Due to this, they only take mobile orders. If you are standing in line waiting for the gate to go up, start placing your order!

I went on a Friday and they had no more sandwiches left anywhere very disappointed pointed. However, the staff was friendly and the store was clean.

Service at PIT airport location was good, but the product was horrid. I tried the pineapple passion fruit cooler. I have had cough syrup that tasted better. Really disgusting.

Pretty bad. The woman at the register (medium height, light complexion, hair in a pony tail) took my order for two breakfast sandwiches and a tall Verona. Only ten minutes later was it realized when I asked about my sandwiches that she never put them in to be heated up. When another barista asked her about it she said she’d get to it when she could. Who knows when that would have been. Also, when she filled my coffee, she mistakenly put clear water in first (the water was in a container labeled dark roast so I can understand the initial error) - when she realized this, though, she filled in the rest of the cup with actual coffee. But she didn’t empty out the water she’d poured in my cup first! I mean are you serious? ! Who wants watered down coffee? ! The man working - once he realized that things had gone awry - rectified the situation quickly and apologized multiple times which I appreciated. But I wonder how bad things must be that Starbucks is forced to employ someone at the register who obviously could not care less

Most of the workers are not wearing masks even though it’s required of everybody in the airport. All the other restaurants and stores the employees are wearing them as required.

Got a Mocha Frappuccino and it's the worst I've ever had. Tasted like mocha with no sugar. Very bitter and dissatisfied.

Lauren the manager on duty at 6: 43pm on 04/10 was amazing. Nothing but sweet and nice and helped me decide on something new. Came in from Chicago and the Starbucks there was horrible but this one was amazing. Would stop by ahain

Short black woman named clover couldn’t get anything right and kept trying to fight with me. She even gave her manager attitude and stormed off. Clover made my PIT experience terrible.

Let me make something explicitly clear, I am giving this Starbucks a 5 star review because of MiMi and no other reason. She was fantastic and the only one on staff with a line of 10+ people. That girl deserves a raise, and to have someone else staffed with her.

Normally starbucks at airports get my order wrong but they did a great job at making sure my order was correct.

My experience here was horrible for one reason only, the incredibly rude older woman I believe whose name is Marty (I asked one of the other Baristas her name) she was incredibly rude to me and was incredibly rude to the two other gentleman working at the time who were very nice and helpful! I was simply asking questions about drinks to find out what I would enjoy the most that works with my diet she had a major attitude with me and started asking another guest their order while I was still at the register and haven’t even ordered. She has a horrible attitude and even worse customer service I felt horrible for the two boys working at the time because she was treating them horribly. She should not have a job here as I heard from another airport airline employee there at the time that she is always rude to everyone. Starbucks should not have people like this at their store treating coworkers and guests with such disrespect shame on you Starbucks I will never return to this store until she is gone and will inform others that I know and corporate about her horrible attitude and service.

The Pittsburgh International Airport Starbucks is excellent!

We ordered coffee and food after our flight landed at the airport, and everything was amazing. The atmosphere was welcoming and clean. The workers were super friendly and helpful. Service was quick and efficient. Our order was ready in no time, and the food and coffees were perfect. I would recommend the Spinach, Feta, and Cage-Free Egg White Wrap. I was pretty hungry after the flight, and this was delicious, healthy, and filling.
