Starbucks, State College PA

Rorie was phenomenal! I had an issue with my app for my birthday drink and not only were they kind, they gave me my birthday drink! Thank you so much for making my day, Rorie is such a gem!

The staff were very busy when I walked into the coffee shop. I don't mind a little wait, but I would have loved to be greeted with a friendly smile or a few words. Instead, I waited at the counter unacknowledged for some time (first in line) while the staff walked past me repeatedly, filling drive through and mobile orders. However, in a few minutes someone said "Be right with you! " and she was. It was fast from there. My drink was soon handed to me, made just right, and very delicious.

Today I ordered 5 drinks and Alex busted his perfect bottom to complete them and out did himself. I am honored to have met such a gem! State College needs more individuals like Alex G. My drink spilled at work, and my co-worker felt terrible and gave me $5 to replace it and Alex made me another one and was so kind and respectful. I can wait to be served by such an amazing person! Thank You Alex for being You! Don’t ever stop doing you! It made my entire night! Starbucks PLEASE SHARE THIS MESSAGE WITH ALEX! His smile was warm and his energy is truly pleasant. This was no chick -fil- A but this was indeed my Pleasure!

Busy location. Seemed to be properly staffed. Friendly in store order taker. Got the Carmel apple cider.so yummy.

I frequently order ahead at this location and have never had any issues getting my coffee in a timely manner. I even had an experience where there was a mistake and they handled it so graciously and helped me so much. They took the time to fix it and more. I really appreciated the customer service! Because I know they must deal with a lot.

Staff was rude. Especially the short girl with short brown hair and glasses. Scolded us like children for moving our drink off the counter, when the gentleman next to us did it. Then she walked away and laughed with her co-workers, rewarding her for your poor behavior.

Placed an order at the counter Since it did not look busy. I understand the drive-through was very busy so I patiently waited. After everyone else behind me had gotten their orders and left, I finally ask about my order. Someone just set it down and didn’t bother calling out my order so I don’t know how long I waited while my order just sat there. In addition, the laughing, cursing, and excessive talking were bit much! Hopefully, these issues are addressed because I have never had a problem like this until now.

This place is good. But sometimes the people working there can be a disappointment. I like the people working now. But some of my past experiences have not been happy.

I have never once been to this drive-thru and made it through in under 30 minutes. Why? I know there’s one inside target but PLEASE put another one on this side of town with a drive-thru option, or at least have spots for those who order ahead so someone can run drinks out to them. What’s the purpose of ordering ahead to still wait for 30 minutes in the same line as everyone else?

I was served a to go coffee and it spilled on me. I took the top off and the rim of the cup was badly dented allowing the coffee to leak all over me. I can't believe they served me hot coffee in a damaged cup that was clearly damaged

Gave me the wrong drink, wrong size, didn’t put my milk in it and customer service didn’t care. Do not go to this Starbucks ever unless you wanna be highly disappointed. If I could give it zero stars, I would

They are always very sweet and they take the best care of you. The sandwiches are made nicely and my coffee is always made right here

Great coffee, and customization options. I like the online order just because I get awkward sometimes ordering at the register. Staff weren't super friendly, but they were also swamped. I know I wouldn't be chipper if I was that busy. The place is really small though, thus the 4. For the traffic they gain, they need more space.

Starbucks needs to add another location to this side of town. The drive through line is so long, it has lost me as a customer entirely. I'm not waiting 30 minutes for one coffee every time I want to go through line. Going inside is no different.

Quick and easy ordering with a drive through. The baristas always get my name right unlike every other Starbucks. They also always make the best drinks here so I definitely would reccomend it!

This location is way too busy in the morning. I made my mobile order first but waited 20 minutes in store after the scheduled time.
