Coffee Shop Starbucks reviews
15Drinks majority of the time is good here. What I don't understand is why the dark skin girl is rude, like do your job right. I can clearly understand she dislike her own people. But dang she messed my drink up the first and second time she made i. It was a macchiato meaning steamed milk, not cold nor did she ask, She wasn't professional at all im to old to be cusring people out and getting them fired im above that. I served the country and I got that from a Starbucks employee what a joke. I can't believe I'm saying it but my own people is even racist to they to they own people. Her posture and attitude spoke volumes to how she acts to her own skin color. Her customer service isn't good at all. I bought this drink today. About an hour ago before this post. Love the other employees however. But that other girl need a lesson about professionalism or something. She didn't even ask did i want it cold. Then she blantly walked off after she handed it to me. I just said thank you and left cause I didn't want to lose my temper. I got a short fuse from military stuff so sorry. But I won't come back as long as I see that girl in there.
The manager was very rude and disrespectful.
She does not know how to be polite. Won't go there again.
Apparently they don’t want to do their jobs because they decide to close whenever they want. They are supposed to stay open until 7: 30, but we’re closed at 7
Great, cozy and comfy location. Friendly staff. Typically crowded (get here early) and might be a bit loud for calls.
Edit: Staff here is among the best:)
A Starbucks atmosphere does very well for a relaxed environment to enjoy the cuppa. Loved that the server insisted! She knew how to spell my name- she did, the Starbucks-way, which is expected and wonderfully funny.
This is the nastiest Starbucks I have found in Pittsburg in the Market Square the cashier named Shai refused to be nice when I asked her why so many homeless people are allowed in that Starbucks. It smells of nastiness and over 15 homeless people are sitting in there with their nasty bags and smelly clothes. I will never go back here. Chai was rude and has No customer service manners and she rudely said the homeless people are welcome there. I went to the bathroom and a homeless was speaking some gibberish when waiting and grabbed the door as I was coming out. The stench in there is AWFUL. Chai claims to be a manager which I know she is not. I will be writing to corporate about her nasty attitude.
Able to get in and out quickly in the morning to beat the crowds. Food and coffee was spot on as usual.
This location unfortunately was out of a lot of items on the day I went (9/10) - no iced coffee, no white mocha, no oat milk, no whip cream, just to name a few
Busy, but what can I say. I love coffee!
Update 9/27/2022: I'm still very much addicted to coffee.
Has a comfy bench! The other starbucks in the city got rid of theirs. My #1 Starbucks atm.
Very friendly staff, clean facility, and convenient location. Smaller than most of the Starbucks in town, but that's part of their charm. They have a group of morning regulars who greet each other and tease the staff, which is nice. And it's located across from Heinz Hall, so it's a convenient place to stop for coffee before a performance.
Quick service. I ordered online and it was ready to go by the time I walked a few blocks to get there.
This is a Starbucks in the Good Place. May not be as friendly as Market Square, but can be just as charming as a Starbucks can be. It is cramped in there, but at least it grew in size from its original opening. It is busy place but it’s size makes it streamlined. No room to display custom created drinks, but there is a little trivia board there.
Don't order more than one drink from this Starbucks. That is far too complicated for them. Made one of my drinks and then made 10 other orders before making my second drink (both drinks were iced lattes, so should have been made at the same time.) Why would you only make half of the order? If you arent going to make the whole order then just wait and do the LOGICAL thing and make the full order at once. I tried to say something but consistently got rude responses about how I needed to wait. I don't mind waiting but I want my order made all at once! Also neither drink was even good, both weak.
