15Everytime I attempt to go to this location I wait at least 20 min. I will never go back. Starbucks coffee is not worth a half hour wait. Go down the road a bit and go to the new location they opened across from Kings, zero wait time.
In fairness, I've never been inside of this location I just utilize the drive thru. I will say the parking area is very congested, outside of that the customer service is superb and I've never had an issue with an order.
Great drinks and service, not sure what moron designed the parking lot and drive-thru though.
Ordered an iced drink with almond milk, caramel drizzle, and no toppings, and were given a drink with whipped cream on it. Let the barista know that we need the drink without whipped cream (due to lactose intolerance) and they just scraped the whipped cream off and dumped the drink into another cup. They spilled some of the drink, and didn't wipe the sides of the cup where it was wet, and didn't put the caramel drizzle on it. So we paid for extras that we didn't get and were given a dirty cup with a allergen contaminated drink in it. The second drink on the order was fine.
Always great. Unlike DNKN the drinks actually taste the same every time you get 1. No matter which Starbucks you go 2 they are always the same. Thanks for being awesome.
Stood there looking lost while waiting on an online order for friends. Was not acknowledged by anyone or asked if I needed help. When order was ready was not offered drink carrier or covers to not spill drinks. Had to ask for everything.
Love going here, but it usually packed. I had good timing today (mid morning) as there was no line inside or at the drive thru.
Good Service. They have strange arrangement for approaching the drive-through. There's arrow on the parking lot that shows that you're supposed to stay to the right as you approach the drive-through. But people instead lined up next to the building over a arrow pointing in the opposite direction. When I didn't do that a young man in a flashy blue Honda budged in front of me. They need to do some work in making it clearer how to use the drive-through.
Go to this store usually before work in the morning and it is alway slow and the workers have no idea what they’re doing. For context, I always give myself 30-35 minutes BEFORE I need to be at work to get in the drive thru so I have enough time. I work right across the street. The workers have no communication about the thru, they always walk away and someone else comes over and doesn’t know what’s going on. They always are like you total is…and I’m like I already paid and have half my order i just need the rest of it. Then they look at my like I’ve grown a second head. I don’t know who the morning manger is but they need to get they’re staff in order. I get things happen but this is EVERY morning. If I go somewhere 30 minutes after you open, there shouldn’t be this many problems. Especially when there is 3-4 people working and I’m the only one in the drive thru.
Look get that I didn't even order this and boo said try this aye look this is fire I never had something this good then I read the side about the 1st sip omg this is by far the best drink I've had in 30 years stg you all done change my m*ff*ckin life this is delicious I'm coming here twice a day and getting new drinks because Instagram and tik tok be having some great drinks bless those amazing staff members on making blessings through the day for people because this made my entire day it's been a rough week and that cup made everything blessed I'm home vibing rite now in great spirits bless you all
I love starbucks mango dragon fruit. That's really the only thing I get especially since I can customize it to my preference. Stop running out.
Very long wait times on mobile orders. They honestly just shouldn’t take them if they can’t handle the volume.
Serve customers in whatever order they want, call people out of the back of the line to take their orders first! Dirty, rude, and terrible customer service
The drinks are fine but these people move entirely tooo slow I was there for more than a half hour just waiting on 2 simple drinks
We are very frequent Starbucks goers and this location is TERRIBLE. This has not been a one time occurrence, it is every time we order to this location. Our mobile order took at least 30 minutes from our order time and they forgot our third drink so we had to wait even longer. We stood there with at least 10 other people waiting around for our drinks. This store needs to turn off their mobile order option if they cannot handle the volume. Will not be ordering from this location again.
