The specialty drinks are fantastic! The staff is so pleasant! A great place to unwind for a bit!

Had a great experience with the manager, Kyle. He was kind, listened to my concerns and solved the issue quickly. Being in customer service for 20 years, that meant a lot to me and Kyle is meant to work with people because he’s awesome! Thank you Kyle! (My dogs for their puppaccinos)

The Paoli Staff is the best. Thanks to Patty, Legum, Sam, Nick, Hejin (sp), Kyle and the rest of the staff.

My go to location. Surprisingly, the staff is super super sweet. Usually not all the locations have the same vibe.

I love this Starbucks. The nicest people work here. The place is always clean and inviting. The atmosphere is always calm even when busy. One time they even hand wrote "have a great day" on my cup and that that was so kind. The only thing that really sucks is the quality of food and drinks especially with the price increase. I wish I could afford to come more often but they keep making things more and more expensive. I hope it's at least to pay the lovely employees better wages

Horrible management.waited 15 min then left with no coffee, for 1 latte walk in, they need to get prioritization right of orders.drive they moves but in person given last priority. Rude as well.watched online orders for 2 people be ready 15 min after committed time

A little drinky drink to get my day going. Friendly staff and quick service. Drink turned out amazing with the fall flavors.

Usually go to Dunkin but needed a coffee and they were close so I stopped, coffee had after taste and very expensive back to Dunkin I go

Good Starbucks as far as Starbucks go. Good indoor and outdoor seating. One of the newer locations in renovation style and the people are friendly and fast.

Quick service, a little pricey for my taste but the kids love the cake pops and pink drink.

From disadvantages I can only notice a long waiting time, but in other aspects my first drive thru experience here was better than I expected! Like, we all know, that it's just coffee with brand, but I really liked it!

Unfortunately this was not a good visit. Both of the drinks I ordered through the app were made incorrectly. I was able to go back later in the day and have them remade correctly. Good drinks but maybe the Paoli staff needs better training or the app didn't give them the right information.

They were very patient at the drive-thru as I had never ordered that way before and hadn't been to a Starbucks in way over a year so I was kinda a mess. Also hadn't gotten a "puppachino" before. I wouldn't recommend getting those for two dogs and one's own order and trying to drive.

I've been to this location before but never inside. The staff are extremely kind and help and the location is great for when you need to take a break from work. I highly recommend them!

I always look for a Starbucks when I want to eat out. They have certain menu choices that I love & always order
