Starbucks, Pittsburgh PA

Went thru drivethru. Don't like the fact when you use your credit card the first thing that appears on the screen is about how much you want to tip. So very wrong to do that. Because of this i stopped going there.

Terribly slow and rude staff.listened to 2 staff members rant and complain while one barrista tried to manage many drinks. Saw one person working and several standing around.

Store is randomly closed.
Mobile orders have to be picked up in the long drive thru line because doors are locked

Okay so I went through the drive through as normal and my drink was made incorrectly. That wasn’t much of an issue so I just went inside to get a different drink. I was waiting for a pretty long time then when I got served, the person didn’t say anything. Didn’t look up at me, nothing. Anyways I asked for a new drink and she seemed extremely annoyed. She then started talking bad about me to another coworker and that coworker rolled her eyes. The drink was made correctly and we left but I was just upset with that experience. Your customer service should be better starbucks.

I enjoyed coming to the Starbucks because customer service is good and they always get my drink right.

This place is always out of everything. They close early all of the time. And it’s not super clean my drinks are always sticky.

Litterally love this place. The drinks are great and staff is quick. But the last couple times we've gone the foods been hard. Like the bread on the breakfast sandwiches. As if they prewarmed them in early then rewarmed when we ordered. It was grose.

Atmosphere was great! French vanilla cappuccino took 15 mins but I guess they were busy. Polite and courteous staff.

I visit this store quite frequently and it is always a great experience! The employees are always so kind, helpful, and hardworking no matter what; you guys are amazing thank you!

I visited the Starbucks on rt 19 right down from the market district in Wexford. I was told o purchased a grande and was shown someone else’s receipt. It was wrong. In my app it shows I was charged for venti. I was made to feel like I was being shady. I wasn’t.

This is the prime example of how they get you. I asked for simple cold brew with half and half and classic syrup as it’s my daily fix. How could the price change from one store to another! Even though I repeatedly asked the cashier that the price is wrong I got shot down! Corporate greed at its best!

The food/drink was good. The service was excellent. Julia waited on us and was very friendly and kind!

I agree! Absolute friendliest Starbucks staff I've met. Really efficient. Highly recommend, even during insane holiday shopping. Keep up the good work!

Ordered a brown sugar oatmilk espresso and there was no brown sugar. Too much money to not make it right.

Ordered my drinks on the way there and everything was delicious and done by the time I pulled in to the dizzy parking situation!
Currently as you can see there is construction going on but all businesses are open.
There is two entrances/exits to get in the shopping plaza including the wonderful Starbucks.
The county COVID-19 safety rules were set in place and incredibly conducted well! Well done front lines! Keep up the wonderful work!

Customer service done right! I placed a rather large order and being rushed, the drinks were not made correctly. I called and spoke to the manager who listened to my concerns, remade the drinks right, and gave me a special gift which MADE MY DAY! I was truly impressed.

I was running late and they expedited my order so I didn't have to wait 20 min. The drink was great and the staff was friendly! 10/10 recommend
