Starbucks, State College PA

The service is fine but literally every time I go, they get my name wrong. I even spell it out for them, it's like they are doing it on purpose. Paula is not a hard name. I've been going for maybe a year now but this will be my last time.

I told the cashier to charge my meal plan and he charged my lion cash ‍️ you literally had one job

If the people working there can stop talking to one another and actually produce drinks in a timely manner then they wouldn’t get as backed up as they do. Waited 20 mins for a drink after ordering purely because the dyed red-head girl making it wouldn’t stop talking to other co-workers and there wasn’t a line. With as many people who work behind the counter (8+), you’d think they could be fast.

I'm not a fan of paying $5+ for a drink to find I've just gotten heated milk. This has happened on multiple occasions.

The outcome of drinks are iffy at times. This place fluctuates from really busy to empty. If you don't like your drink be prepared for every employee to be confused when you ask for a different drink.

The best part is it is conveniently located in the library but has super long waiting times. As it run by many students they understand the needs of fellow students. Although they should increase the number of cashiers and allow the order on the app feature

Very efficient considering the amount of traffic they get! My order is always correct as well.

The line of the Starbucks at Patee & Paterno Library was so long that it took me 15 mins to order. There were approximately 50 young people before me. There were only 2 cashiers.

I ordered a Matcha Latte Hot and a bagel. Their cream cheese is low sodium and I love it.

I visit every other day before class, about half of the time when I order, my drink comes out wrong. It's never a big deal but today the drink was opposite of what I asked for. Because the employees always throw away the receipts I don't have a receipt to get my drink fixed or a way to call the store. I don't know why I waste my money here.
