This is a very consistent Starbucks. Everyone is always very friendly and the drinks are always great!
My Starbucks of choice based on location. Very convenient for me since it's on my way to work. Staff is away nice and helpful only once have i had a miscommunication and it was like they knew it would make it better, I felt like we unlocked a secret together.
Drinks are mostly consistent, sometimes they are a little under or over on something or another, but if your watching 99% of the time it's because they just emptied whatever it is as they poured your drink.
Yep, it's a Starbucks. The staff is always very friendly here and it's conveniently located within the marketplace at Steamtown. It's just like every other Starbucks.
Very expensive even for a pain black coffee! The selections are confusing and the flavor is not worth the money paid.

My first time at Starbucks, ever! I am 70. I told the guy behind the counter. The nicest person. He asked me what I wanted? Told me where to order how to pay, where my food would be. He was outstanding. It's to late to call but I will to get his name so Starbucks can see the quality service he provided. The employee that was so helpful was Jonathan. Give him a raise!
It reminds me of this other coffee place. I'll think of the name. They have them all over too. Same logo and everything. I just can't think of the name. You can probably Google it and find out but it's almost exactly like the other coffee shop that has the same logo. I believe they have the same menu too but I may be wrong.
The staff here are amazing. Very friendly, fast, and never mess my orders up. After MULTIPLE bad experiences at the local Dunkin, I think it's safe to say I've officially been converted to team Starbucks.
They're pretty fast, especially when they have a large volume of customers coming in and out + mobile orders/Doordash or UberEats. They're very sweet and patient despite having so many orders to do in such a small amount of time!
