Starbucks, Hamburg PA

Rude staff without explaining. Door was locked but some people let us in, then we let another 2 in and waited in line for 5 mins. One employee came and really just yelled indirectly to us that they can’t take us inside and go through the drive through. Waste of time and money, could have been said nicely.

Employees are all nice, this location gets busy and requires patience during peak times, drive through is always faster.

The kindest Starbucks staff I have ever encountered! Stopped through on a road trip and my young daughter couldn’t decide on breakfast, and we found this sweet surprise in the bag once we hopped back in the car. Thank you to the young lady at the register for your thoughtfulness and generosity! I hope it carries you far ️️

I VISIT MANY STARBUCKS AND THIS ONE IS BY FAR THE BEST. THEY ALWAYS GET IT RIGHT AND REALLY MAKE ME FEEL AT HOME. THIS STORE IS TRULY BLESSED TO HAVE LIZ AND JACQUELINE.

Beyond disappointment! I was looking forward to a pumpkin spice latte. I even ordered it with an extra shot of expresso. I received this cup of something. Only 3/4 full and looked and tasted nothing like a pumpkin spice latte.

My point in response to the Starbucks reply, is that no employee should consider this acceptable. It's not my job (or any customer) to have to ask that a drink be remade correctly. It's Starbuck's job to train employees correctly and oversee that with quality control.

I went inside since the drive thru was wrapped around the building into the actual street so couldn’t use it without being in the way of the road and I go in I wait behind people in line like any other place. I placed my order at 12: 27 didn’t get it till 12: 53 and it wasn’t even right so I just left with it I asked for cinnamon dolce syrup they put vanilla down and I said everything clearly for my coffees.
This place doesn’t work well. The employees don’t communicate well. They don’t take orders correctly and it’s not organized they just through liquids and ice everywhere too.
A girl had come into work while I was waiting she got right to it but threw liquid everywhere it came over the counter and everything.
Like legit shook a cup with something in it all over the place.
This Starbucks needs some serious help.

The employees were more concerned about talking to each other than taking care of the customers.

Good place for a quick stop to get your caffeine fix. Staff is very friendly and service is fast.
Bathrooms are clean and tidy.

We had a wonderful experience at this Starbucks. Our order was correct, and the barista was very friendly at the drive-thru window, and it was very quick service.

I am so sick of going out of my way to come to this Starbucks only for them to be closed on random days at random times. It is 4 PM on a Tuesday, if you can’t have regular hours you might as well close.

This starbucks is never open. Always opens late and closes early if it is open. Placed a pickup order online and drive to the store to get it just to find out the store is closed and they took my money.

I get coffee hear time to time when I go to my doctor and it's ok but they play their music so loud it disrupts communication with your doctor in the rooms next door. I couldn't believe the lvl of disrespect they had until I sat in the doctors office and it seemed like I was at the local club.

I want to thank Nick and the team at starbucks for the wonderful job they always do each time i stop in. They make your drink exactly how it needs to be done and the food taste fresh each time. If you need to call ahead due to timing, they are always willing to make things alot easier for you. I appreciate their effort each time. Keep up the good work guys!

It had a drive thru, which is kinda curbside pickup. Our drinks were made to order and fresh, the staff was efficient and friendly.

This is a hit or miss place. Rarely staffed, closes unexpectedly. And the prices keep rising. Honestly, as much as I like Starbucks, it'd almost be better to close this location.
