Starbucks, West Chester PA

Manager threw my order onto the counter, and didn't call my name, but called out everyone else's around me, just because I expressed that I support Starbucks Workers United. My drink was good though.

My wife and I visited here a couple weeks ago on a Saturday. The young lady (Liane) greeted us with a smile and took our order she thanked us for coming in and said without us she wouldn’t have a job! She made us feel like she appreciated our business. It looked like they were short handed but the employees were working there butts off and still kept a smile on there face.

Ordered 2 drinks both were made wrong and was given 2 recovery cards and neither of them were activated.

I don’t know what corporate is thinking but there is a serious parking issue here. They are going to an online order format only starting next week. There are always people (right now eleven) standing in line for on line order pickup. CRAZY!

2023 update: now 1-star. On 2 different occasions recently I’ve had unsettling encounters with a man who appears to be the manager. The first time, I thought maybe I was just being too sensitive. The second time, however, it was blatantly obvious what part of my body he was looking at, and I wanted to say “hey buddy, my eyes are up here! ”

Now if I go to this location, I send my partner in to get our orders so that I don’t have to be leered at. But I won’t order from there alone anymore.

*Original 3-star review from 2019- It’s often very difficult to find seating, and if you’re with a child it’s even more difficult because most of the tables are high-tops.
In addition the parking is dangerous- fire lanes are almost always blocked in the mornings. They should take over the old Wawa location just down the road where there’s a lot more parking.

Overall their facility is clean.

Came in today, there’s this large man that worked there with a beard and tattoos. He had a un welcoming face and bad attitude. He seemed kinda annoyed or I don’t know. But when he took our orders, he did not fill up to the top of the cup and did not follow what I asked for in my drink. I ordered a iced caramel macchiato with 5 pumps of white chocolates Mocha and it did not come with it (this picture below is what the drink looks like when it’s made the right way)

There are 5 6 tiny tables with very uncomfortable/impractical chairs (table is so small one person can barely fit, not sure why there are 2 chairs at each table). They don't take names and the orders can easily be messed up. Had Caramel Ribbon Crunch which was mostly just ice and sugar

This is one BUSY Starbucks, but their attention to customer service does not fall to the wayside. They are consistently fast, clean, and kind. Plus the food and drinks are always crafted to perfection. Big shout out to Keely, who remembers my face every time. My name is a bit challenging because of the spelling, but she still gives it a shot.she’s a trooper for trying to remember lol. I also want to say- she’s helped me with more than one of my orders, and she’s always so organized and quick. Excellent work!

Store was busy when I arrived and parking lot was full. I was greeted quickly and my drink was ready quickly.

I have had/have several jobs as a teenage girl. I feel that customer service is the most important aspect in the work place. Often times when I attended this Starbucks they employees are SO rude. Not to just me, but my friends and other customers i whitness. Typically it has to do with Starbucks making a drink wrong. When the customer asks for the correct drink that they PAID for, the employees often are not very understanding and portray a rude attitude towards their customers. The only reason I still go to this Starbucks is because the next closest one to me is at least 12 minutes.

Just got a venti nonfat extra hot no foam blonde espresso- and it’s half empty and filled with foam! Not really Venti at all- other than the cost!

They were nice and tried to wish me a Merry Christmas but I hadn't had my tea yet so my eyes were vacant and my brain uncomprehending. Yet they perservered. Nice patient people, decent tea:)!

Very bad costumer service the coffee tasted burned and I just asked for more half &half he charged me. 75 extra I don’t know what happened to them and even to ask some extra sugar they charge more what’s going on just regular coffee coast more than usual that’s beside the very bad parking they have it’s very easy to hit your car or get it scratches from they smallest parking lot they have and the taste not worthy it I will never go there again and don’t recommend to anyone….

Slow, poor parking situation. It is definitely more aimed at the mobile orders than the people standing there. I was handed my regular coffee and then waited 10+minutes for a single slice of premade and packaged lemon bread.
