Consistently great service! Always impressed with the quality of my drinks, how kind the baristas all are and how willing they are to go the extra mile.even if there is an issue they are always happy to fix it.this is my favorite starbucks.you guys are great and i appreciate you all so much.

Staff disorganized so serve was really slow with the order coming out with significant delay. Staff (Sam and Kala) were argumentative and rude. Store was extremely dirty with litter on the floor and windows you could hardly see out of

I frequent Starbucks every day before work and I also choose the Millcreek mall plaza because of the customer experience they provide. Ian is always the highlight of my experience, he is passionate, excited and happy to be there. He always notices the tiny details and remembers everything to make my experience even better, Starbucks should be proud to have an employee like Ian.

I am addicted to Starbucks Coffee. They make the finest drinks around. Always have Great Seasonal drinks as well. Food is great too but can be expensive. I drink Starbucks every single day and love it. Like I said, I am addicted lol.

Three employees thought it was unreasonable for me to ask that my frozen drink be frozen and not 3/4 melted when they hand it to me. Also said that that was how it was supposed to be - a frozen drink is apparently "supposed" to be mostly liquid as soon as it is handed to me. They were very unprofessional. Especially when the reason it was melted is because of a mistake they made.
