I placed an order and waited 10 minutes.the order was not ready.who came after me they received their order.when I asked where my order was, they rudely said that they were busy. I canceled the order.money for canceling the order was not returned.

Every time I come to this Starbucks the cup is never filled. This picture was taken before a sip was taken out of the cup. Why am I paying $6 for 3 sips of coffee and a bunch of ice. I love Starbucks but please do better. It's frustrating. Workers are always friendly and fill the cup up more when asked but it should be unacceptable to serve the drink pictured to a guest.

I felt like the person taking the order was messing with me. I wasn't given the option to look at the screen when I pulled up. The person started randomly adding items I never heard of. Twice I asked him if he was teasing me. When I finally arrived to the window it took forever to get 2 16oz Green Tea Frapps and a cake pop. I waited what felt like forever to get the Tomato, Basil & Mozz sandwich. It took so long that I felt guilty so I paid for the lady behind me. I will not return to that location.

I stopped by a couple of times already using drive thru which goes pretty fast for me. My Java chip frapuccino today was on fire. So good. They always make it very good but whoever made it today needs to be promoted to frapuccino manager. They are very friendly and always have a good attitude towards their customer.

The music is just nasty, I’ve asked them to make volume a bit low. Wasn’t heard. Atmosphere was totally ruined

Sometimes a bit slow in the drive through, but still faster then there other locations near me. They always get our beverages correct and yummy as hell.

After a year of stopping at this Starbucks (Red Lion) buying 6-7 drinks (easy drinks; lemonades) for my employees every Saturday. About 2 weeks ago I was told I can no longer order more than 5 drinks on the drive-thru. I called corporate to see if that was a new rule, I was told to ignore it that there is no such rule. Today I tried ordering 6 drinks again via the drive thru and got denied service if I didn’t order inside, funny story, I was the only person in the drive thru and 1 person at the window waiting. This is how you loose customers. Employees don’t want to work these days… not stopping here ever again!

Waited in line for 10 minutes for the barista and customer to finish up a personal conversation about long lost days of yesteryear. Had to get out, drive around the drive through before someone would take my order. Item I wanted was not there… needless to say… horrendous service.

Update: It's time I update my previous review and take away as many stars as possible. I use order ahead option using their app on my phone. When I go to pick up my order they never fail to disappoint me. I consistently get informed at pick up that they are out of that item from my order. Why isn't their system updating status/inventory? What they do have available is of poor quality.

While they or we may not want to admit or ignore it, but you look at the current staff behind the counter and will see exactly what went wrong with this location. The prices have skyrocketed to pay for their bloated wages and the quality and quantity of the food & services have gone down.

Previous review:
Clean and convenient. The staff seem to be working hard but their drive-thru is the worst. I always get stuck in the queue for long time and due to the way it's laid out, once you are in the queue you can't even escape. It takes away the benefit of mobile ordering and speed.

I recently had a wonderful experience at this Starbucks where the staff went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. While picking up my order, I accidentally spilled a cup of hot chocolate. The staff immediately came to my aid, asking if I was okay and quickly offering to make me another one. They were incredibly kind and accommodating throughout the whole ordeal, which made me feel valued as a customer.
I really appreciate the exceptional service and friendliness of the Starbucks staff and would definitely recommend this location to others.

By far the worse Starbucks in the area I usually avoid it but today the other two stores in the area were out of matcha so I went here only to receive 3/4 of a drink because I asked for light ice when I asked why a quarter of my drink was missing thinking maybe it had extra foam that settled or something they said because I asked for light ice this is the only store I’ve been to that does this and I paid for a venti and got a grande won’t be coming here again learned my lesson once and for all

I realized i posted on the wrong starbucks, (had to check out the reciept) but here ya go!
Honestly 3 stars because the staff is amazing, HOWEVER I couldn't help but overhear a woman getting angry and raising her voice to a few employees, so I asked the gentleman behind the counter who was cussing out the other employee and he said " that's our store manager, she isn't the best". It honestly doesn't matter you should NEVER scream and cuss out your employees. I was visiting my family and I work for a Starbucks in another state, and that was a BIG surprise. I've already contacted corporate about this woman I believe he said her name was " Amelia", well WORST STORE MANAGER FOR CUSSING OUT YOUR STAFF! Please take that somewhere else where you can disrespect your employees, those people are working hard for you and you treat them like that? I really hope they do something about this. Lord only knows how many times she's done it and how many people have heard it. #protectthebaristas #theydontdeservethat #hirebetterstoremanagers

I don't drink coffee at all. But my wife does so I go there. Most of the time I use the drive thru however this time I went in. Not my favorite place to be but the service was on point. So I can only give them their respect.

1/27/23: Marryel (so sorry if I spelled that wrong) is my favorite driver through voice

1/22/23 Sunday: & today they made a big deal about putting my drink with sweet cream cold foam into a trenta cup so I get both the drink and foam and not more or less of either. It was a different letdown than my usual happy team I order with through the week. But, they got it together. Lol

12/1/23: Always pleasant and they listen to the way I want my drink. 10 stars if I could. Every employee is so kind and well mannered.thank you!

They don’t make a big deal when you order sweet cream and ask for your drink to be put in a trenta cup so you get both the foam and the drink and not just less of a drink and half foam. Lol
