Coffee Shop Starbucks reviews
8Cashier stood talking to their friend for a good 3 min instead of taking orders while warming they stood by the oven until food was done before taking other customers. Barista was in FaceTime moving just as slow as cashier service was bad and my daughters sugar cookie drink taste like water. Oven looked disgusting health department needs to pay a visit.
I had ordered an apple crisp oatmilk macchiato like 2 days ago where the employee added wayyyyyy too much oatmilk, I didn’t complain but the next time I came in to order the same thing I asked if I can get light on the oatmilk and the employee was a female with a Muslim head wrap gave me an attitude (asked for her name but didn’t want to give it to me) and was arguing back forth with me saying that’s how they make it, so I just simply asked just for a regular one, just to avoid the back and forth and she still continued to go back and forth with me. She seemed miserable before I had ordered my coffee. I felt very uncomfortable. I am a loyal customer to target so hopefully I don’t experience this again. But from the previous comments it seems this happens very often, they should either hire more professional people or shut down.
Constantly either getting drinks wrong or claiming the ice machine is broken and they can’t make cold drinks. Why even be open honestly? On top of that the workers are miserable.
They were unapologetically late to open and would not acknowledge or inform the many clients waiting. Then they got my order wrong and caught an attitude when I requested they remedy my order. Blatant disrespect for no reason on the client's part.
It was a nice place to stop before or after you shop. Actually it was my first time having Starbucks. I had a small cappuccino. The small size was really small, just enough to wet my whistle. Lol. Nice atmosphere though. Is located in the target. Next time I'll get the next size up.
There is one employee (black hair that was worn down and a little wavy) who was making the the hot items. SHE WAS SO RUDE.she placed an order on the counter, didn’t call it out or anything.one of the other customers told her whose order it was and she rolled her eyes and gave them the hand.they then messed up that customers order.the checkout person with the hijab was very nice.girl who was wearing her long hair down (very unsanitary) was so rude and didn’t seem to be helping at all.feel bad for the other employees.
We ordered a pickup order with our target order and only revived one drink instead of two when brought to our car. The girl delivering said they just said it was canceled and didn’t tell me why. We went in to order another drink and simply asked why the drink was canceled and can we order something else. We were met with a very confrontational response of, “yea I canceled that for a reason. ” When asked what the reason was she said, “we’re out of that”. It took another 2 minutes of asking what she was out of to find out it was just the size coffee cup. The whole interaction was rude and disrespectful for no reason. While we were waiting for our drink the same girl was giving the barista making the drinks, a hard time and yelling at her own coworker for making a drink wrong. Come to find out the girl (who gave us a hard time) put the order in wrong. She seemed like a possible manager and really feel she sets the terrible, unwelcoming tone behind the counter at Starbucks.
