Coffee Shop Starbucks reviews
11Very slow service for how quiet they are and the amount of staff they have, drink made improperly missing the topping on the caramel brulee, pumpkin loaf was forgotten and had to wait 25 mins for it and it came overcooked as the worker let it sit in the over for awhile after it was done warming.
Very unsatisfactory experience with my order at the Philadelphia airport store at gate C31 - my cafe americano order was not only not hot but actually cold even though they freshly made it. It was intended to help warm me up on a chilly day and was cooler than room temperature so I cannot even bring myself to finish it. I tried to contact #starbucks via the mobile app and got stuck in “transferring you to a live agent” for 20+ minutes - while in an airport waiting for my flight. I will avoid this store going forward.
The worst service ever. Plus, the food is not what you may expect. Had a tomato mozzarella pannini with no tomato in it. Staff is very slow and with no customers service whatsoever
Website says this store opens at 4: 30am - well, did not happen today… nobody there till 4: 45am…
Walk up and without even me even trying to say anything I'm met with rudeness and disrespect. I understand it is 4: 58am and you're here to serve some ungrateful, rude travelers. Not everyone is a rude traveler. How about some customer service training!
I needed a cup of coffee and the Starbucks in the airport was across from my gate. I went to get a cup of coffee and Abiel was very helpful. He was patient with me while I had to make my selections. Being late in the day, the choices were limited. Abiel let me know what was in stock and warmed it up for me. The airport is not always the best place for coffee but Abiel made my day much better.
I go to Starbucks literally everyday on my break and it's always a great experience. Between the awesome staff like my favorites Abiel and Shavon and their magical hands when making our drinks, every trip to Starbucks makes me want to come back again!
I go every day and when I come into contact with the server Abiel he is very attentive and focused on making sure my fav drink is served delicious every single time
What poor customer service. I had a quick layover this past Wednesday afternoon and was barely greeted by the cashier; Abiel. He was finishing off with a customer, and as he finished, I could see his face was grim and mumbled something under his breath. I greeted him with my usual hello, followed by a meek look up and a "hurry up and order look, " proceeded to order, and paid while having not even a glance or a thank you from him after that. Never have I had such an awful service worker look like he hated his customers as much as his job.
11 am, and they don’t take orders, except mobile orders. Apparently they don’t have enough personnel. In an airport. Starbucks, you’re doing it wrong.
Would give 0 stars if possible. They only accept online orders despite having a functioning system. I had to make an account to order, but the online system was bugging and would not let me order. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. I spent several minutes trying online and talked with them twice about it but they didn't care and instead ignored me. (They were talking to another non Starbucks worker about ordering food). Unprofessional staff, useless ordering system unless your account works
