Starbucks, Lancaster PA

I really drove up for a Chai Tea and a White Chocolate Hot drinks. I enjoyed these two drinks often. Unfortunately these two didn't survive the way home. The cups were defective and leaked. Unfortunately the bag tore when I reached my destination. No drinks but one hot mess. I called the restaurant and left the manager know and she graciously offered to replace. Excellent customer service by far!

Stopped at drive thru for special coffee and a bagel with cream cheese. Everything bagel was ok, but not an everything. It lacked the rock salt which makes it a true Everything and signifies it is made on site. I believe their bagels are probably shipped in and mass produced.

Workers are always very friendly. Drinks are made good and if your not satisfied with it they make sure to make it right

Ugh. Literally my favorite coffee shop on the planet. Macchiatos out of this world. Shaken espresso even better. And a caramel frappe holy smokes. The baristas are all top notch. And I couldn't recommend any place better.

Excellent store, service is outstanding at any time. Absolutely recommended. The outside and inside seating are both gorgeous. Thank you!

This Starbucks location is great. Everything is always in stock. Friendly staff, fast service.

Had such a pleasant experience today the lady working the drive thru today was just so pleasant and her customer service was superior!

Service was great. I had a gift card, points, and a normal debit to charge and the lady was awesome.

This location seems to have things in stock most consistently. The staff is very friendly and my orders are always correct. It can get very busy, though, so there are times when you can expect to wait in line for a while. This is due to popularity, though, not lack of service.

Please stop handing me the pin pad to ask if I want a tip. It is so uncomfortable.the cashier is able to see what I’m clicking and stares me down the entire transaction. It’s a VERY intimidating exchange. I can’t afford a tip. If I wanted to tip on a $6 dollar cup of coffee I would go sit down at a restaurant. Make your coffee cheaper, and maybe more people would tip.

Amazing customer service. I was there on busy Christmas Eve morning and there were a few glitches with my online ordering, and they were so kind with helping to fix everything! So kind and cheerful.

Coffee was good, but the drive-thru was a bit slow. Sat there for 10 minutes just to pick up a mobile order. The employees were friendly and kind though.
