Starbucks, Willow Street PA

My local Starbucks! The service is always great. Food is good. Coffee is awesome. Love the environment.

No espresso is ever the same and when asked about it today they make me some random blonde espresso? Is this a joke? Tired of paying the high price for what should be decent service and product.

I dislike how the very nice people hand you the credit card machine in order to process your payment and it asks if you want to tip. I don't want to feel obligated to tip for a 5 or $6 drink that I'm already paying for. And I feel guilty if I do not but I don't feel like I should have to tip for something like this. The cost of the product is high enough that I feel that the company should be paying people enough so that they aren't having to ask for tips. I realize it is an option but I don't like it forced down my throat. Otherwise the product is great locations are great service is always great but everybody's always holding their hand out for more and that's where I have the problem. It should be voluntary and not something you feel obligated to do. That's how it feels on my end. I almost want to pay cash so I don't feel like I'm letting them down. Again otherwise everything is great and it's a treat that we enjoy occasionally as we can afford.

I really liked the service of a girl named Krista, she was friendly, friendly and not only with us. I noticed that she treated other customers very well, with a smile…Thank you for the good staff

Also incredibly friendly service and excellently crafted cold brew coffee. What more can I say? They make the mark and are consistent with what you would expect from Starbucks. Stop in, get a coffee.

Always very friendly staff at this location. I am greeted in and out on every occasion and given an update on the status of my order without asking. The drinks are always exactly as requested.

My last 3 visits my drinks have been off. My last visit I got a cappuccino and the cup was half filled. Going to check my drinks before I pull away.

Hannah is a friendly, customer oriented professional ~ and makes a great, and consistent, grande Caffè Americano. Always happy when she’s in the store. Keep up the good work!

This location is my favorite- the ladies behind the counter were extra helpful and the place is clean!

Met a friend for coffee it was an iced one tasted fine wasn't cheap it was open and somewhere to go

This is a great location! Staff is friendly and do a great job at making drinks. I've never waited too long even with long lines and busy times. They do a great job at keeping the line moving without sacrificing the quality of the drink.

I love all the ladies and gents who work here plus they recognize me when I walk in #regularcustomer. They always do a great job here grazie everyone.

Great service, always super quick and baristas are friendly. Also a nice interior with great views of the golf course and surrounding grounds.

Cost $10 + tax + tip for two half cups (never full cups) of venti cappuccino which equals approximately 8oz of cappuccino coffee plus the foam. I think I've just bought my last one or should I say 2. It's a good cup of coffee but not worth $13.

The espresso is inconsistent and so is their pricing. Other locations in our county brew with consistency and are always over a dollar less than willow street per beverage. The person on register earns the 2 stars

I had an amazing experience, I came through the drive thru with my dog and Krista was so incredibly sweet at the window. I always experience excellent service here and nothing less:)

The girl at the register with blue/purple hair is not pleasant. I would drive out of my way to go to a different Starbucks next time.
