Coffee Shop Starbucks reviews
6Starbucks is great! As expected, it is costly, so I can not go as often as I would like.
It's Starbucks. It's caffeine, it's expensive it's good. If you're used to folgers it's going to be bitter and strong. If you like espresso drinks and strong coffee enjoy.
I mean sometimes a corporate drive up window and a snazzy app beats inconsistent local shops.
This is horrific business practices.
Food allergies beware.
The pictures speak for themselves.
Ordered a Pumpkin Spice Frap. Says so on the cup. Obviously not a frap.
That's not the worst.
I ordered it non dairy, I SPECIFIED it needed to be non dairy. The young man asked "so no Whipped cream? " And it's on the cup, too. No whip. I asked for almond milk (but whatever). The woman makes this, whatever it is (a PSL maybe?) and puts Whipped cream on it anyway. The man tells her it wasn't suppose to get whip so she takes a pie slicer tool and just lifts the whip off. The man says "No, we need to remake it" and the woman said "No. She'll never know. " My back had been turned.
Stupid her, my daughter was watching the entire exchange. Thank God she told me because I can't have dairy due to a food allergy. ALLERGY. Not intolerance. Which my daughter knows.
I didn't drink a drop of a drink I paid for and I won't be back. I didn't want it remade, either, not with an attitude like that. I wouldn't trust her to actually care enough to do it right the second time either!
Thank you to the young man who tried to be decent.
We didn't eat at Starbucks. I like their noncoffee drink. The dragonfruit is my favorite. My daughter got a Mocca with almond milk and squirts of Carmel.
I come here pretty often as it is a convenient location for me and they mess orders up pretty often, but last time was exceedingly bad along with the service. I ordered red pepper egg bites and the guy pulls out bacon egg bites, the only reason he didn't make the mistake was because I corrected them. I also asked for lite ice, they almost put extra in, again they didn't do so because i corrected them. When they were making my girlfriends drink, they were asking me how I wanted it to be made.which Is nice and all, but it is a standard menu item, I would like how it is made just how they make it at every other Starbucks and I'm not sure if it comes sweetened or unsweetened or what kind of milk it comes with and what not.thats your job, not mine. So I mean I guess I appreciate the customization, but its a little bizarre. The final issue I had was that the two workers had a miscommunication and ended up making my girlfriends drink completely wrong. When I brought it to their attention, their response was "oh well we can remake it if YOU want. " Are you kidding me? You guys made a mistake and you are going to respond to me in a fashion that makes it sound like I'm a burden for wanting you to correct a mistake that you admittedly made? Absolutely ridiculous. If you have worked in customer service, you know the proper response is "oh, please excuse my mistake, let me remake that for you. " By that point my girlfriend and I had just had it with the interaction and left.
Fundamentally, this Starbucks is like any other, the ingredients taste fine, the food taste fine. But the customer service and quality control is atrocious and if you want anything done right, you have to monitor the works every step of the way. I've been here quite a few times now and have noticed the pattern with the workers, I will be avoiding the place when the obvious individuals are there.
