Starbucks, Allentown PA

5 stars! I went through the drive thru and erin helped with my drink! She’s super sweet and easy to talk to.and my mocha tasted great, as always:) i had a great experience!

Accommodated the special dietary needs we had and had vegan options in stock. Sometimes that is a problem. Things may be out of stock. Gladly, as travelers, this spot was directly across the street from our hotel and everything was fresh and ready!

Very nice staff, my daughter dropped her drink and they said don't worry we will get you another one.

Very good quality better than others in the same area. However the drive thru is crazy lines and sadly they are always out of alot of the sandwiches and bakery items when we get there on Saturdays. Service is great too

I waited 45 mins for a mobile order, on a slow day. This has happened 2-3 times now. Would avoid this location at all costs.

Always friendly staff, I wish they would take the few seconds to wipe the cups off before handing to the customer.

Good atmosphere. I downloaded the app and activated my gift card. Now we will reload it often. All you have to do to pay is shake your phone and they scan the bar code!

I have not been there too much but, their coffee is really good. It is better than the gas station coffee in the area and it is worth every penny. You get what you pay for. The staff is always friendly too.

Just a wonderful place to enjoy a cup of coffee with a personal touch of sincerity with the staff!

This is my second time here in 2 days. The staff is above excellent: friendly and professional. Zero problems with coffee. The place was very clean. Music level just loud enough to be in the background. As the entire staff of an online magazine, one of the best places to get work done or take a break.

Their grinder broke and I was unable to purchase coffee. Wouldn't you think that a place that sells coffee would have a million coffee grinders just in case.

Starbucks my daughter's favorite place to go decent place to go to to get some coffee products are always fresh stuff is pretty friendly drive-thru is easy and convenient parking and going in is pretty hectic

Waited in drive through longer than usual about 20 min! Don't know if it was because they were understaffed or what.

Got a hot chocolate it was warm at best. It's 25 degrees outside the wind is blowing hard and I wanted a hot chocolate. It sucks when you don't get what you wanted. Couldn't take it back because I was running short on time.

Typical Starbucks store. Located in a super center with Sam’s Club, Target, Ulta, Christmas Tree Shoppes, DSW and many others. Baristas have been very pleasant and professional when we visit.

The service was good for a chain coffee place. Some guy with a goofy red outfit adolescently called me a name and then said something about politics and racist europeans. The guy then made a stylish face, called me a mexican and drove off in his red cadillac escalade. I just started laughing.

We came in with an order of 32 drinks and the staff could not have been anymore polite and even excited about it! They had all of our drinks ready In under 10 minutes and they all constantly had smiles on their face. When they were done making the drinks they helped us carry them out to the car. Fantastic service! We couldn't have asked for anything better!

I understand the people of Allentown are disgusting A-holes and trash public places, but that doesn't mean you don't clean your establishment. This place is gross. Flies and gnats in there every time I go in, litter all over, spilled coffee, sugar and food.need to hire someone just to clean. God knows at $$$ customers pay, it's affordable.
