I’ve been here a few times in the past year. The other day I had an unfortunate mishap at another salon. They were super helpful and happy to help me fix my nails. I will always come here from now on! Best service

Jing and all staff are friendly. The environment is clean, the music is nice, and they move fast. I appreciate the color choices of the polish.

I just had the most luxuriating mani/Pedi at this salon. It was a very clean, organized location and the people tending to me were wonderful. I really felt special and will go back again for sure. I will recommend it highly to whoever is looking for a new nail salon!

All the employees were attentive and kind. However, I'm not happy with my gel manicure. My natural nails needed to be cut some because one broke, but several nails were made even shorter than that nail. Also, one nail is already chipping two days later. I paid extra for the gel so it would look nice for a wedding I'm traveling long distance for. In outdoor lighting you can also see through some of the polish.: (

Let me first say that this place knows the meaning of customer service. Everyone there is so kind and really go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable! This was a huge relief to me considering that I just had a horrendous experience at another nail salon in this area (who I would never go back to again). The artist who helped me was Jing, and she showed me all the options for my requested mani-pedi and even provided an extra free service of a shoulder rub which I've never had before in a salon (even the good ones!). She did a fantastic job with the removal of a particularly bad callus on one of my toes and eased the pain in my feet with the elected massage I opted for. The prices are also average and maybe even a little less than what I've spent before on a mani-pedi. Also, one more amazing thing, I am normally rough with my hands and a manicure for me typically never lasts 24 hours without chipping, which is why I usually don't opt for them. This manicure is at least 48 hours old and still has no chipping! I WILL be going back again, you can count on that!

This place started out to be a great experience.last few times have been the worst. There may be 1 or nail techs that are great but the others, ‘save ur miner’. And don’t dare ask them to copy a design or go with a picture of something like. I don’t like my nails thick n tell them every time yet they’re still thick! They suggested a ‘new’ set which meant taking the old set off. I specifically as if it would hurt. I literal jumped a few times the pain was so bad, the nail tech ‘laughed’. I wanted to punch her! Today i went back twice, still not happy… I will be looking for another place over the next 2 weeks… will never go back here!

I had a great experience here this week. Lisa did a wonderful job on my nails. This was my first time here and I am going back soon! The price range was reasonable and the service was great!

I don’t get my nails done often so I may not be the most reliable source. However, everyone kind and I’m happy with my gel manicure and the prices are still decent unlike some of the other local places.

First time coming to this nail salon and I am happy to say it will be my forever salon! After reading reviews I decided to request Jing and I feel so lucky she was available! Jing is super kind and gives an amazing pedicure and manicure! She is so talented and I can't wait to get different styles in the future.

This was my first (and last) time ever visiting. I scheduled my appointment 3 days ago, showed up on time, and was told that they were too busy and did not honor my appointment. Tacky customer service and non-existent appointment policy.

Nina and Andy are the owners and some of the best most honest people around. They care about you experience and my nails always last looking beautiful! I followed Nina 40 minutes to her new location because no one does my nails better!

Love it hereeeee. Me and my 2 friends came here last minute for pedicures and all of them did such a good job. We were treated by a guy and 2 girls. They were so nice and took their time, didn’t rush and took their time even tho we were still there after they had closed! Will be coming back! <3

I always love going to this nail spa. It's nice and relaxing just what a parent needs after a busy week. Service is great!

I always get my pedicure done by Jing for the past year or so. She does a GREAT job on taking out the stubborn ingrown nail that a doctor couldn’t permanently remove! She’s also gentle while doing so. This is the first time I get my nails done for my wedding day by her. It came out amazing! Of course, it’s Jing! I knew I could trust her with creating my powder dip and gel nails for my big day. I love her.

I don’t normally complain publicly but I wanted to make the community aware of the bad business practices at Starlight Nails & Spa on Moreland Road. I got my nails done Tuesday at 5 pm. Not even 72 hours later and this is what they look like currently (I type and did the dishes so no reason it should chip like this and the top layer peel off). I went in to ask for my money back since clearly it was a bad service and I’m going to have to pay to have them done again. Not only did the owner refuse…he hung up the phone on me. I am all for supporting small business in our community but this is shoddy workmanship and business practices.

This was the WORST experience I ever had going to a nail salon. I had a gentleman who completely destroyed my nails. I went for a refill of pink and white. He cut my nails down, and when I asked him about doing the white he said I can't do that now. I should have told him, sir I told you that was the reason I came in. Then he as he was filing made my nails uneven. I asked for someone else and he didn't offer anyone, I said how much do I owe you, he said 38, are you serious he said a card will charge 3 % more luckly I has money. THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.

Had Jan today and was so nice and attentive to what I like for my nails, she even gave helpful advice. Im a loyal customer and their care and detail towards their customers is always spectacular. Thank you and wish your business the best!

I go here specifically for their pedicures. The only place that will take their time with your feet. I hate rushed jobs but thankfully for this nail salon they don’t rush you at all!

Always professional and willing to squeeze in an appointment. Jain always an amazing job on my nails. Everyone does an awesome pedicure. They go the extra mile and their attention to detail is so appreciated!
