This dealer is charging over $36,000 for a year old truck that has an msrp of $28,000!


That greed will only get you so far State College Ford! You may be able to sucker one person into paying that much over, but think about all the other buyers that will never buy from you knowing that you are trying to rip people off that don't know any better!

Be careful out there folks there are plenty of other dealers out there offering the correct prices!

They have THE WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF ANY FORD DEALERSHIP. Again, the owner is nowhere to be found to deal with issues.
Took day off of work for 3 RECALLS, only to find out that the 1 recall which takes 3 hours wasn't done to not having part. Funny thing, I originally was to go in July for these recalls. Family health issue kept me from going. So, dealership had ample time to have part.
Then, they do an oil change without my permission. Oops, we won't charge you. I just had oil change on September 20,2023 at Tire Town. I do all oil changes, inspections, tire purchases from ONLY TIRE TOWN.
Female that works in service, comes out screaming my last name in front of at least 7 other people in waiting area. No receipt until other part comes in to service So, I take another day off for 3rd recall. My husband and I are DONE with this dealership.
Rude service manager as well. Stood for at least 5 minutes, waiting to be acknowledged to get recalls done.

I recently had my MKC in for warranty work. State College Ford Lincoln took care of my car quickly, and they took great care of me!

For a number of weeks I had been looking for a specific make of used vehicle. Looking across several States I had a good comparison of pricing. During the drive to town, I saw a prospect at State college Ford. I contacted Roger my sales rep. It was in the range of what I was looking for, and was price reasonable compared to driving to other far away locations to inspect one vehicle. It was very nice to be able to buy local, at a fair cost, and especially to find what I was looking for). My new drive is just what I wanted & I anticipate it will run many years based on my past experiences.

Update: My car was totaled and I had to purchase a new vehicle. State College Ford treated me as a friend and not as a customer to take advantage of. They make you feel that you got a deal to your advantage. Small details like washing your car, filling up your gas tank, changing cosmetic parts, changing your license plate, and checking on you after you close the deal make you feel like you are doing business with a friend.

Just picked up my new Lincoln, the sales manager Andy was great to work with throughout the transaction. Caleb was also helpful on showing me the settings. Highly recommend State College Lincoln

State College Ford was Amazing to deal with. I ordered a Ford Bronco in January 2021. Waited roughly 20 months before it was built and delivered to State College Ford. 20 Months! Jordan Gillingham was my Salesperson and saw my Order through from beginning to end. He was prompt with my email inquires and was very professional and courteous with each interaction. I also want to Thank Elaine Frock - Finance Manager. She explained the paperwork clearly and everything was ready to go when I went into the dealership to take delivery. No hassles! Have now had my Bronco serviced twice - oil changes and tire rotation. This last time September 20th, they also did state inspection and emissions. Service Department is awesome. Friendly, professional, and timely on the techs work. Please consider State College Ford and their service department.

I have owned many Lincoln vehicles over the past 23 years and have only ever had my vehicles serviced at State College Ford Lincoln. They are the BEST!

I visited SC Ford to have a second key made for our truck and Chelsea was helpful and friendly. She got the key programmed and had me on my way in less than an hour. I was so pleased after having a terrible experience at another local Ford dealer, waiting over a month and still not having the right key.

This was the first time I bought a vehicle in less than an hour. Usually you have to wait hours. Your co offered a fair price for my trades on two vehicles. There was no games of going back and forth on trades. Finally hard work has paid off.

Everyone is friendly and the service was done in a timely manner. Always have my vehicle serviced at State College Ford. They are a AAA provider.

I bought my truck two hours away because of the availability issues that have been ongoing. When I told the service writer, she said that's fine, it didn't matter. They scheduled me for service two days later. Everything was taken care of. The service folks and cashier were nice to deal with. Will definitely be a strong consideration when shopping for my next truck.

Second visit to dealer for recall and small warranty repair. Service department was once again very pleasant to deal with and got the truck taken care of quickly.

Third visit for scheduled maintenance. Once again very professional and quick. Comfortable waiting area.

Purchased a Linclon MKX from Roger. The dealership staff was warm and inviting. As an out of state purchaser, it was the easiest and most effortless car buying transaction that I've had. Highly recommend.

Got my newest vehicle here. Very nice dealership. Salesman (Roger) was very friendly, not pushy. He did everything he could (price-wise) to get us into the car we wanted for the price we could afford. 10/10! Will return if I am in the market and they have what I want.

They are really nice people, they are their to help you find the best deal, bought a car there, were able to get good deals, there was something wrong with the car, and they fixed it for free, and gave a loaner vehicle while my vehicle was getting fixed, in the future, I'm definitely going back to buy something from them.
