The ONLY pharmacy around that has my prescriptions! Plus I have never had to wait longer than 1 minute to be seen, which is great compared to other pharmacies. The staff are all professional and down to earth

Always so friendly and helpful. They are fast with filling orders, no sitting and waiting for half an hour, or all day for a refill.

I love Stauffer’s Drug Store for the friendly staff and excellent service. When the app works, it is awesome. When it doesn’t, I get frustrated.

I love this pharmacy. You go back into time when you stop here. They do things like pharmacist did back in the day, but with all the modern technology. Great pharmacy. My household gets all of our meds, except our animals, here at Stauffer's of New Holland.

Went 4 the 1st time and was totally impressed! Stop in 4 an old- fashioned experience without the soda fountain

The way it used to be! Back when the pharmacist knew your name and was familiar with your medications, prescriptions were filled shortly after sent from a doctor, and staff members called you if there was an issue processing your transactions. There's never a line, no surprises when you drive all the way there thinking you're picking up meds, and they call your doctor for you when you run out of refills. The hours aren't the best, but the benefits far outweigh that. In fact, a pharmacist once popped in after hours to make sure my child didn't miss a dose of her medication over a holiday. It meant so much to me!

VERY SAD! I take a ton of medications I have a heart condition and degenerative disc disease among some other ailments. One of the many meds I take is an opiate, I used to use this pharmacy regularly as they are right across the street from where I work it was very convenient. I stopped using them for a number of reasons one was that I moved (where I lived) and wanted to use the pharmacy closer to my home and they had longer hours, the other reason was they have an older woman there that is extremely RUDE and quite unfriendly. With all the attention put upon opiate abuse I understand why pharmacies are more careful with how they handle them HOWEVER as I have been on the same dose for 10 years and have NEVER abused them and had a good relationship with Stauffer's at one time I decided that after picking up my prescription recently that since they were right across the street I would save myself some time by not having to drop it off at the one I currently use and have to wait to get it. So, I took it to Stauffers and sat down only to be told by some young woman that because I had filled this script the month before 4 days early she would not fill this one. REALLY? She was basically implying that I may be abusing them or what I thought was my insurance company would not fill it. I took it to my current pharmacy K-mart in Ephrata PA and it was filled right away. This really pisses me off! This young inexperienced girl apparently, who was on some kind of power trip, however IF she thought she was protecting me or some other interest maybe thinking about who she is dealing with would be a good idea 1st or at least talking to me to be sure she was making the right call I feel that I was put under some kind of assumption because of the med I was taking without any consideration or evaluation. Your inconveniencing me for no reason! For the record I call in my script to my doctor about a week to 5 days before I will need it they fill it whenever they get to it and I go get it filled. I happen to have more than enough at home (as I do take them as prescribed) but I figured I get one task out of the way while I was at work so I would not have to do it later. I do not appreciate someone playing God with my medication nor do I think it's their place to decide who or what I am doing, if you thought something else say it to me! In this day and age small businesses are falling by the wayside customer service is all you have to offer, between the rude lady and the latest idiot I wont be going there anymore.
