I need a handicap room which made it hard for me in the bathroom. I called on Tuesday about the handicap room but they couldn't accommodate. They served morning breakfast at 730am and I came at 815am. Come to find out no more pancakes and they had no Splenda for my coffee. I could have just went to wawa.

Great place to stay.clean and nice lodging area. Rooms are impeccable and very quiet and the staff is wonderful! Nothing was too much for the front desk for the staff as far as requests go and I would not hesitate to stay here again 10,15,20 more times! The outdoor pool was beautiful.small but clean and they have a fire pit area to sit out at night and relax, and they also have a small grilling area if you wish to cook outside. Also you cannot beat the free laundromat there, all you need is detergent and fabric softener the washing of the clothes and drying is absolutely free!

Very clean nice little suites with a well stocked little kitchen. Staff was friendly and the rooms were nice and for a fare rate. I would definitely go back (we stayed for musikfest and the Uber there and back was only about 10 mins and easy)

We were booked to stay for 2 nights, but unfortunately had to leave after 1 night. We were only charged for the 1 night which was very nice considering some hotels would not be so understanding. Definitely 5 stars and we will be going back

As someone who has worked at an extended stay property I tend to compare other hotels to that as a standard.

Getting that out of the way, we stayed in a King Suite. It was very clean (I thoroughly checked) and the room items were well kept. Sadly, that is the extent of the "nice" things I have to say.

Masks were not enforced in public areas. There was a gentleman behind the front desk wearing his mask as a chin strap?

When checking in, the front desk staff had very low energy and didn't explain anything amenity-wise at all. (Is there breakfast? Wifi password? Check out time?).

The key making machine was down (again not really explained ar check in) so, front desk staff had to walk us up to our room to let us in. EVERY SINGLE TIME This is not their fault, but could have been handled a lot better. Screaming room numbers across the lobby is not safe.

My husband and I went to dinner after checking in and came back (1.5-2 hours). Keys were still down so we went up to wait in the hall by our room. House keeping came to let us in and the door wouldn't open. Front desk staff came to help and door still wouldn't open. We ended up walking to Red Robin to get drinks while we waited for maintenance.

We called to see if we could come back yet (1hr) and we were eager to make the best of the situation and get back to the room. Front desk let us in (we are definitely not getting keys this stay). My husband went to take a shower and then we realized there was only 1 bath towel in the room. (I find it super weird there wasn't 2) I called the front desk for 2 more towels. We did call again (30 mins later) and the gentleman on the phone was annoyed. Almost AN HOUR later he came up and he handed my husband 2 bath mats. BATH MATS. So after drying off with a bath mat and hand towel combination we turned in for the evening. We did not call back to get actual towels because we didn't want to stress front desk out any more.

When we stopped by the front desk to check out we were waved away and told we would get an email receipt ‍️

Overall, it wasn't a great experience and put a damper on our anniversary.

Very clean. Great staff. No keys were available so we were escorted to room. Only one towel in room but found housekeeping and got one more towel.

I had the worst experience here.
I was unwillingly taken to this place, by two people and I asked for help, and the security said, they couldn't help, so I had to call my family 10mins away from this location for help. Thanks God nothing else happened, if not, I could've been dead, because the security said, they could not help me. I was scared for my life, and they did nothing!

I recently came up to PA to visit family. I will use this hotel again. The only thing I didn't like was the advertising of black out curtains, but in the rooms you cannot close the curtains to use them to black out the morning sun. I ended up buying safety pins and closing my curtains my own way.
Room was clean upon arrival, staff was helpful when needed, I felt that it was as quiet as you can get when in a multi-level complex and they did have breakfast for guests set up in the lobby for those who are interested. Overall I will book more rooms from this hotel in the future.

I wouldn't stay here again. The place is dated so it's not to my liking. Cleanliness seems to be an issue. Blanket had 2 stains. They utilize refillable bottles for soap and shampoo which isn't sanitary to me. Bath tub is either dirty or stained. However it is a 3 star hotel so you really can't expect much I guess. There's a free shuttle to take you near by places. And lots of restuarant options in the area. Seeing as we are in a pandemic, I was at least expecting a clean room.

I called to make the reservation in the afternoon (2pm) and I provided the front desk with all my info including my credit card. I told them I would be checking in late which they said wouldn't be an issue. I arrived around 1am to check in and the front desk told me they didn't have my reservation. The person at the front desk was the same person I talked to on the phone, so they knew they made a mistake. It was annoying, but at least they were able to get me a room, however not after waiting 20 minutes at the front desk because they kept doing other things besides rectify the situation with me. I had been driving and just wanted to check in and go to sleep. I finally got into my room. Shower head/faucet was wonky, toilet didn't always flush the first time, and the air felt super dry. Next morning I called in for a late checkout and guest services was extremely short with me. They sounded rather unprofessional as they blamed no late checkouts due to "housecleaning always complaining". After telling me no, they just hung up on me. Would not recommend a stay there and I will never stay there again.

My family came from FL and chose this hotel, but it was a awful experience because it seemed like nobody cleaned the room and it looked like someone was there because we found pills on the floor. Also there was not toilet paper and when i tried to complain nobody helped me.

Fred, the manager is very friendly and professional. All of the staff was very nice and accommodating. The rooms are dated, but very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel. I stayed here for 4 months while working in the area.

Feels like home away from home. Their rooms are cozy studio or one-two bedroom apartments equipped with a full kitchen thats stocked with utensils, paper towels, plates, bowls, pans, toaster, microwave, and even a dishwasher and dish soap/towels. Rooms have a nice size desk to work at and a separate living room area with a couch (pull out sofa), coffee table and of course flat screen TV. Staybridge really has all the comforts of home, the only missing piece is an oven for those that bake a lot. My favorite part was the free washers and dryers available for guests to use. The front desk service is very warm and welcoming as well. I highly recommend staying there, the rates are unbeatable for the accommodations received.

"Power saving feature" turns heat off on you in the middle of the night.
No bath towels in room.
Sink dripped nonstop
Only about 5 minutes of hot water in the shower

This is the worst hotel I've ever visited anyone. Firstly, your room will be dirty and with food leftovers from past tenants. Secondly, you will not have spoons and all dishes will be dirty. Third, you won't have toilet paper or shampoo. Fourthly, you will not have a kettle / coffee maker, the microwave is broken. The faucet will drip all night. The light will not work. The neighbors will scream. The gym is not working. In the restroom there will be hair from the intimate places of the past tenants. There will be an unpleasant smell. There is no sugar, there is no tea, the coffee at the reception is cold in the morning. I can list for a long time. The administration puts on a surprised face and says that it cannot help.

I'm not sure if covid had a big impact on this, but they don't really do any sort of housekeeping.just trash and towels I think? They ran out of towels when we needed more though.

Staybridge suites are an excellent chain, as we have stayed in their Middleton wi location for a week also. Comfortable, clean, good bag breakfast during the covid times.friendly staff, nice pool. We have stayed at this location a couple of times, now.
