It was a pleasure to work with Emanuel and the Jennifer de Jesus Team at Steel City Realty. I was looking online for a home and Emanuel called me back and immediately, set us up for appointments to look at some of my favorites. The 1st time we went out I was not sure about the homes I had chosen so we set up a 2nd appointment to look at more homes I had interest in. This time out was a little better but I still was not ready to decide. 15 minutes after our appointments Emanuel called me and stated that he had done some additional searching and thinks he found the perfect home for me, I told him I can go back to meet with him in 15 minutes so he set up a 2nd round of appointments immediately. He was right! I ended up placing an offer and was able to negotiate a better price than was listed and close on a new construction home within 30 days! Emanuel and his team are amazing! I was dealing with Emanuel directly and I cannot say enough about how professional, knowledgeable and above it all, PATIENT He is! I called Emanuel after having my home for sale listed with another agency for over 1 year (which expired and the agent didn't notify us) I then told Emanuel that I needed my home sold IMMEDIATELY and he calmly explained the market's situation and how he was going to sell my home. And He did! He had my home sold before we even had its pictures taken! He then had to deal with a series of mistakes done by the buyers agent which Emanuel handled perfectly and in a timely manner! I can't even find the words to describe how amazing Emanuel is. He was referred to my husband and I by a coworker. He was very responsive through the home purchase process. We closed today on our dream home and that's thanks to Emanuel and his expertise.
