Anyone searching for an elderlaw attorney should give serious consideration to this law firm. Julie Steinbacher, Esq.has been my attorney for almost 15 years and I have never had a single reason to complain, having received counsel for at least two very complicated situations. I have, and will, continue to recommend her and the firm to friends and family.

Absolutely terrible experience with this firm as a beneficiary. Questions would go unanswered for weeks if they were answered at all. When they did respond there was a consistent tone of contempt from the office for having bothered them.

Ultimately had to hire a 2nd law firm to request information to get any response from this firm.

I wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone.

(Update - The response to my review is consistent with my experience during the process of settling the estate. Remind me they don't work for beneficiaries, attempt to make me the problem and never address my concern, why did the beneficiaries have to hire another lawyer to get simple questions answered? Avoid this firm at all costs and if you can't, be prepared for a poor experience!)

I highly recommend this place for anyone in need of this kind of service. Very knowledgeable; very professional and most of all ; friendly. When you need their services and once you talk with them; the feeling of relief is so powerful that you know these people are going to do everything they can to help you.
