Stenton Family Manor reviews
7Open 24 hrs but won't take no one in, that there a p Process that I have to go through and I have to go down to 14th street told by the security guard
The front desk staff is friendly. If you feel led to give or donate to them, please call and ask what they need first!
U have some good staff and u have some that shouldn't be working there that's doesn't have a heart for there job.
My first fall of being homeless me and my girls food nasty but cool staff watch out for ms Wilson she's a evil mean ignorant women Mr Morris was my worker he did a excellent job with my family ms McKenney was cool ms Lisa and a couple others was very genuine and understanding you have your own room stay in your lane and you'll be fine
It's a good place to be if you fall on hard times and find yourself homeless.
I had food left over from my party that we couldn't eat and set a bit going away I took it to the shelter and they took it all and people will not go hungry!
The weekend supervisor stole my husbands personal care products. On our last day their I came back from work to find our stuff packed up. That’s not a problem, but the weekend supervisor that packed our things didn’t pack up our personal care items. Such as bath items, hair product, body lotions. Etc.also we didn’t receive our important information out of the room such as. Birth certificates, Social Security Cards and marriage license for my family. We only recover our clothes and my daughters toys.
Other wise the stay their was nice. It’s unfortunate that leaving this shelter actually set the family back.
