Idk if y’all have a new cook or something but my food was not done my meat was not fully cooked the whole top of the pizza was falling cheese wasn’t even fully melted if I get salmonella y’all will be hearing from my lawyer

Great food and nice workers, you have to try grilled chicken Cesar salad.bam out of the park.lol

I very much enjoy the dishes and customer service, excellent area next to my apartment. The employees are always welcoming. Will come visit again.

Literally called 8 or 9 times and they didn’t answer and when they finally answered the lady put me on hold and never came back to the phone. Seriously the worst service ever

When I started eating There the food was good but now every time I order a burger, steak or wrap it’s messy to the point I lose my appetite so today I done had it I’m gonna look for another place to eat from I’m very disappointed wings and pizza is good though.

Very disappointed, food was good, but my fries were missing, I order from here all the time, and sometimes items are missing. I spent almost $60 in total, called and was told my fries was in the bag, which they weren’t, as if I was going to lie about some fries, when I spent $60. Then I was asked did I want the fries or credit, I said just bring the fries. They never sent the fries. Previously they forgot my 3 spring waters, I was told the driver would bring it right back and that it was left on the counter, only to have received my waters the next day after calling. Im waiting for this store to open as I write this because this is very unprofessional.

OMG, I live in Homesburg, while visiting a friend in Mt Airy we got a pizza from here. I drove from home to get a pizza. Did not disappoint. Quality ingredients. Worth the drive. Going back.

I can deal with a delivery being a bit behind schedule. Things happens, some days are busier than others. But, I will not deal with being hung up on when I call about my order after waiting 40 minutes. Never again.

I really had to breathe before sharing. I called in a pick up order. The young lady and I laughed, went over the order twice, and she confirmed the order even correcting me when I thought I forgot to mentioned something. Order was picked up but no soda as requested and paid for. Went back to get it. They tried to say it wasn't on the receipt but thank goodness a receipt was requested on first pick up. Soda (yes just a soda) was picked up and it gets sadder. Get back to food, now cooling only to find that food was incorrect. I called, spoke to the same person who took order. She acts like she isn't aware so I reminded her but she passes phone with no explanation. Gentleman gets phone and asked could he help. I attempted to explain but he decides to question the young lady who clearly states I means lies about the conversation and order. This business is not willing to acknowledge or keep upstanding place. I don't order often and will not be from here at all.

I had been ordering here for YEARS! The delivery guy went to the wrong house and my daughter said sir your at the wrong house this is the correct door. It was freezing cold and my daughter was in labor and couldn’t walk but ordered for the other kids and I watched from the window because I had surgery on my foot. But this was odd because our delivery was ALWAYS DOOR TO DOOR. I then called to explain to the establishment and the young lady that answered assured me it was noted. Today we call to order because this WAS my favorite spot to order from and we were told by the phone person the managers banned us from ordering because we refused to pay. Which was the story the delivery guy gave and never happened (of course he wouldn’t tell the whole story. Then stated they tried to redeliver and we wouldn’t answer which didn’t happens as well). So I called 3 times my daughter called once and I called twice the young lady placed us on hold and hung up on me twice. The manager never allowed me to speak with him. Although the food is DELICIOUS here and typically I would recommend them I will never ever ever ever recommend them to anyone. The customer service is absolutely terrible. For the store to punish us and didn’t get a constant paying customer the time of day and to hang up numerous times. It is a businesses right to refuse service to whom they choose and that is ok but at least hear us out and communicate professionally. No matter how good the food is good customer service is important and they don’t have that here

Never been disappointed with anything I've ordered. My only concern is they need to change their appearance and clean up the ordering area. If I wasn't from the neighborhood and been a customer since they opened, I would never buy any food out of there

I had ordered a cheesesteak it took over an hour for the food to come and it was cold like iij t had been sitting out. The delivery driver did not want to give me my receipt. When I called the store to inform them on what happened the young lady placed me on hold and told me I would get a discount on my next order. Today I wanted a cheesesteak with fries. I told it's a note in the system that I should get a discount, she placed me on hold and the manager told her not to give it to me because it was a misunderstanding. I will not be ordering form here again.

It was the best pizza ever had I don't like Domino's in the chicken was good but a little bit small

Just received a large pepperoni pizza which is one of the WORSE pizzas we've EVER had. My boyfriend & I were shocked because we've ordered from here before - with good results. Not this time! The pizza clearly had been made quite awhile ago and simply heated up; crust was tough/hard; cheese wasn't melted, the whole thing was overly greasy - just a mess. My friend says he felt like we were cheated. Damn shame that there is no consistency and that repeat customers are taken for granted.

Love their food and delivery drivers are always friendly and on time (most if the time lol) favorite neighborhood pizzeria

Their buffalo wings were really small, their food went down since their cook Jose left, the grill chicken salads are even bland the meat was not Even
seasoned. I give up. The chick answering the phone is very rude. Bravo has the best salads hands down!

Very polite and courteous. Food delivered quickly. Decent prices. Good pizza shop. They have desert too.

Well, when I come in everybody straightens up and keeps their cool. I've had some problems but they always fix it easily and quick. But other wise they are the spot for a real cheesy greasy slice of pizza.

They just said they wouldn't deliver to me because the driver is not around. It's not close to closing and I'm only about a mile away.
