I had a brake caliper that was hanging up and Ben at the Lewisburg shop was instrumental in getting my truck in to get the caliper replaced the same day. Ben has demonstrated this professionalism and common courtesy consistently and Steve Shannon would be a fool to ever lose him. Thx Ben!

Brand new suspension all the way around with 4 new tires rear tires tread front tires none at 4000miles and their comments are you bought club tires you could have hit a pot hole were not responsible for your tires call Wal-Mart and tell them you had an alignment and now your tires are fried. I was told they just got a new alignment machine maybe he messed up. Never returning you just lost my business.

Very slow Unloading take them for 1 truck half day. If you got a Load to this, It’s Better to Cancel.

Took my sons brand new 22” wheel to Shannon’s in Bloomsburg today to have the tire flipped, I asked them if they had guards on there machines to prevent from scratching the rim and they told me yes but there is a sign on the wall that says there not responsible if they do scratch your rim, I should have left at that point with my sons wheel, but I didn’t, I returned to Shannon’s to pick up the wheel and it was scratched in several places down to the aluminum because it came unclamped out of the machine, not on the outside edge from taking the tire off, so they didn’t charge me for flipping the tire lol I would hope not, You just destroyed my sons new rim that he worked hard to pay for thanks for the great service.

I took my car for a simple oil change. The young novice mechanic working on my car broke my ignition switch. Then proceeded to crank on my ignition. The car started fine driving into the work bay. Then all of a sudden it’s broke. They refused to fix it or make it right. They also proceeded to “bump” start it by pushing it and popping the clutch multiple times. I wouldn’t recommend this company for anything even as simple as an oil change.

Coming from out of town, it can be tricky to find a new mechanic. I was very happy with the services here. They hooked me up with a new tire for a very reasonable price. I was in and out of the store in about 30 minutes, and he offered recommendations for future maintenance, even though he knew I would not be able to return to his store (due to living a few states away).
