Make sure you know what your getting, went in for a front end alignment and they put on new brakes and drums on the rear $500.00 not even a phone call first

Needed 2 motorhome tires replaced, pre-ordered the tires and stop.in at 730 they started working on the motorhome at 815 it took 2-1/2
hours to replace 2 tires, when I had 4 tires replaced last fall and 2 tires rotated that took 2-1/2 hours to complete 4 tires

Had an appointment for 4 tires and alignment, they had my truck for 3 entire days, spent $1600, had to bring my truck back the next day to do the TPMS sensor reset they forgot to do. Took my truck on a trip down south it shakes between 60-70 mph. Got home lastnight and leave tomorrow morning, but they can’t get me in to re balance I have to take my truck to buckhorn and they will get it in. It’s been for years now that this location has gone downhill, they WAY overbook, I always have an appointment and they still have my truck a minimum of 8-9hrs. My truck was 3 months old ($60k+) they dented the back door with a tire the rubber was still on it, my wife told me then to stop going there, there’s just nowhere else to go in Benton.

We’re from out of town and the car started acting up with the engine light on. We had no idea where to go but this shop was recommended by a local.

The guys were wonderful; very friendly, nice to our dog-we had to bring her in the shop with us- got the parts (they insisted that the parts store bring them to the shop that day as we had no place to go), and did the work in record time. Fair price too.

I was camping at Ricketts Glen State Park and had vehicle trouble; a huge headache since I didn't have cell service at the park and was on a tight timeline for a repair as I had a bunch of youth group members that I needed to get home. After being turned away by several other repair places, I found the info Steve Shannon and reached out to them. The Steve Shannon team was very accommodating and professional, and was able to get me back on my way quickly and at a very reasonable price. Kudos in particular to Tom, the assistant manager, who handled my case. Hopefully I won't have car issues ever again in this area, but if I do, I know who to call!

Had an 830 appt on a Tuesday for an alignment. They asked me to reschedule cause two guys called off. I came back for an 8am appt I show up early and they already had a vehicle in the bay. Mike was still able to get my in by 825 but I was also promised a good discount. Alignment is 89.95 my bill was still 84.95. Not impressed with this so called management but Mike did a good job I think.

On a late Saturday morning they agreed to check out our leaking tire. It was diagnosed, repaired, and allowed us to zip back up the mountain. Very professional and polite.

Same as the other Steve Shannon centers. Great service and a "we will make it right" attitude the work they perform.

I LOVE the guys at the Benton location! Always personable and have gone out of their way to help me many times since moving to the area a year ago. They are patient with my special needs nephew and inspire his future desires to be a mechanic as well. They even call it "his car". Whenever possible I come here first for my vehicle needs
