Super friendly and helpful I dropped my truck off last minute and needed an alternator and new battery and they got in all done within like 4 or 5 hours even having to wait for the alternator to be shipped in. Everyone is very professional and extremely polite. James is the best, he does whatever it takes to get your vehicle fixed and done right.

Midway through a 400 mile trip, the tailpipe of my car detached from the muffler and was scraping along the highway. Unfamiliar with the area and close to 5: 00pm, I was panicking thinking that I might have wait til morning to find a repair shop. By some miracle I exited the highway just a few miles from Steve ShannonTire & Auto Center in Muncy, PA. I arrived at 5: 15pm and explained what happened to James at the counter. He was able to get technicians to look at my vehicle immediately. They were also able to perform a patch job (exactly what I needed, as i had to reach my destination by nightfall). Not only was the service exemplary, but there was also no charge for the work. I cannot fully express how impressed I am with the team at this location!

I've gone to Shannon Tire quite a few times over the years for various things. They are always friendly and helpful. They definitely go out of their way to make sure the customers are taken care of. I will certainly be going back there in the future.

Getting a simple changed oil shouldn’t break the bank, I called 3 shops until I called them and they were half the other stops! I called around 4 and was told if I made it their before 5 I could get it done. 4: 45 ish and they took it in and had it done before 5. They were kind and willing to help. Definitely my new go to for oil changes!

In the middle of a 5 hour drive home to see my family after 12 days away, I got the dreaded flashing check engine light. I happened to be just outside of Muncy PA and after a quick Google search, gave these guys a call. James answered and told me to come right in and they'd check it out. After a short diagnostic reading, James told me what the code was and all the things it could possibly be. He knew he couldn't fix it right away, and even pointed out the Jeep dealer nearby. He did say that my problem, while significant, was still safe to drive on and I could get home. He told me what to look out for and how to do it safely. He understood how important it was for me to get home. I was so grateful. When I offered to pay for the time spent, he refused and said to save my money and get home safely. I doubt I'll be stuck in Muncy PA again with car trouble any time soon, or ever; but if I am, I'll be going back to Steve Shannon. Thanks guys!

I just had the best experience with Jeff there. He was very patient with me and really had a good additive over all!

Had tires rotated and balanced here a while back. Noticed a vibration @ highway speeds when i left but didn't have time to go back. Came back next week and asked them to check the balance again - they rode it around the block and said it was fine - refused to check the balance.

Guy named Justin spent 15 minutes on the phone with his mommy and then told me he was too busy to work on my car.

Took car to Jack Williams shop in Muncy and they pointed out to me that someone had added new tire weights to my wheels without removing the old ones. They also used the wrong kind of weights for my alloy rims.

The store manager is a great guy, but the teenagers working in the shop give terrible customer service and apparently don't know how to work on cars.

First time here at Steve Shannon and the service was GREAT. Justin and James got me in and out. Will DEFINITELY be returning! This week for a wheel alignment csnt beat the prices I recommend going back

charge for re- s
etting the gauge and tire disposal. No tire was disposed of.
