Stile by Per Lei, Media PA

I love the clothes this boutique sells, and i feel like mostly everything is well priced, however, the employees were quite rude - they never greeted us, or asked if we needed help, and didn't make us feel like we were welcome. I am not expecting them to drop everything and come hold my hand through my shopping experience lol, but a quick "hello" is just basic manners, and makes the customer feel like they aren't being a nuisance:)

anywaysss. I have been to the other locations (I think they're called Stile by Per Lei), and the employees there were fine, so maybe i will just stick to those.:)

I don’t know who hires the people that work here, or what their hiring process is… But I would be shocked if any of the young girls working here have an ounce of knowledge about fashion.

I came into Stile media with my Mom a few weeks ago. We came in and the girls working there just looked at us, no greeting. Whatever. We asked for an opinion and a girl who looked 15 at most just started pulling out items and putting them in a dressing room for me. My Mom was uncomfortable with the amount of items they tried to push onto her because they wouldn’t stop. I went into the dressing room with the ONE item I was actually interested in, and was greeted with a fitting room full of random clothes that weren’t even my size. The girl didn’t even ask what I was interested in, and everything in the fitting room was extremely old looking for me. I’m only 25, so it was a bit offensive. I wasn’t interested in buying anything after the weird interaction I had.

We will not be returning. I understand the store is small and sales is your job- But let people breathe while shopping. I couldn’t even hangout with my Mom because they were hounding us so badly.
