Heard some scratching in a 2nd story wall. Called Sting and the next day Carlos came out and did an inspection…. Not squirrels but evidence of mice in attic. Set traps next day to eliminate the varmints! Awesome service and reasonable fees.

We have been having a problem with yellow jackets coming into our house through our bay window. Our regular pest control company sprayed and they stopped for a day or so. Then they were appearing again. I called the Sting Operation and they come out very quickly and took their time to see where the nest was and where they were coming in. Steve was fantastic and very knowledgeable. Sprayed the area outside twice, so far so good. He mentioned that I should give it 4 to 5 days and if that didn't solve the problem, he would be back out.
I am going to switch who we currently use for Pest Control to the Sting Operation. Very impressed with this company! Thank you

I messaged sting back in August 2022 I sent the msg at 9 pm- I received a call from Carlos at 10 am the next morning and Bill was out to my house within 30 minutes of the call!

We had a wasp problem that we just couldn’t get rid of on our own. We called the office, and Amanda had Steve come out the SAME day. He was assuring, extremely patient with all our questions, and took the time to provide us with much-needed info. That goes for Amanda too! The best part: we're wasp-free!

Carlos was patient, attentive and genuinely concerned about our pest problem. He was able to quickly scheduled an inspection and treated our home as a top priority. He took the time to thoroughly inspect our property, identifying the root causes of our pest issues. He also explained the treatment plan in detail, addressing all our concerns and ensuring we were comfortable with the process.

I discovered a dead mouse in my garage on Sunday and once I reported it they were here the next day to remove it.

This past week we discovered we had a yellow jacket issue. My husband thought he could take care of them himself.that didn't go so well, after a few bee stings I suggested calling Carlos at Sting. I have known Carlos since we were young kids in grade school. I called the office on a Saturday afternoon, the office was closed, but Carlos answered and my husband explained the issue and where he thought it was. Carlos came out Monday and took care of the large yellow jacket nest buried in the front soffit of our home.

I can see why his company gets such wonderful 5 star reviews, they work their magic and take care of whatever issue you may have. You can't go wrong if you are having any kind of pest issues, they are friendly, reliable, quick and reasonably priced, just give them a call!

We have called Sting Operation each time we had a pest issue (yellow jackets twice, mice once) and I can not speak more highly of them. They are quick to respond, upfront about cost and what needs to be done, and detailed with what to expect after. If things aren't taken care of within their timeframe, they will come back to make sure it's taken care of; they stand by their work.
