Excellent storage facility at competitive price. After major downsizing and two moves, we relied on this clean, well-lit and easily accessible storage facility for two years. Never encountered a problem accessing my unit. Felt safe coming and going alone, and our items were safe in temp controlled environment. High clearance allowed us to fill a modestly-sized unit with a lot of furniture and boxes. Highly recommend.

I have used sterling 5 years ago when I was going through my divorce and the people and storage units were awesome. I just rented another unit from them after recommending one to my brother in law. And once again the staff was a great help and set me up with another unit.

Place is nice and clean. Says its temperature controlled but its always super hot or freezing cold in there. They are building a second building and charging existing tenants a heavy fee each year to offset the costs, which seems unfair. They chalk it up to utilities going up but nothing changes. For the past month bathrooms have been closed due to problems but hasn't been fixed.

I had a very positive experience when visiting your location. Your store manager, Tim Lantzy was informative, courteous and accommodating with my request for a unit. I ended up signing the lease that day for my non-profit organization. The experience was so positive, I'm looking into changing my monthly storage unit at CubeSmart to Stirling.
