Stoke Coal Fire Pizza & Bar, Easton PA

Made a reservation for 8pm and after driving over 2 hrs get to the place and was told that it’ll be 5 mins for our table to be ready. But watched multiple people go ahead of us with out reservation’s. Waited 30mins to be told since the ppl behind us had more ppl we would be next up so we left. Very disappointing because we love this place and came so far for nothing

GO TO THE BAYOU.
I’ve been here twice and was soooo impressed between food and cocktails. Came back for a third time and was severely let down. I came in before 8 pm on a Wednesday and was told the kitchen was serving 15 more minutes.followed by the host (Mya) then telling us we weren’t allowed to order anything. The entire experience was embarrassing and abrasive.
I had four more people joining me for drinks and we were only getting a few apps (that would’ve been ordered immediately). This is exactly what you get when there is no manager in house to monitor staff.
To know that I had to shift an important meeting to The Bayou across the street is a shame. The staff here needs to learn how to work and take care of guests. Glad THE BAYOU came through!

Carlos the Manager was an excellent opener to our experience. His humor was spot on with what I brought. I felt like I knew him and he made us feel welcome from the beginning. Alexa our server was spot on and went over the top to find me a drink to accommodate me. The food was excellent and the entire staff were very versed in the menu and making suggestions. The overall experience couldn't get a high enough rating in here in stars. Definitely on a return trip schedule. Update: Chef David Lopez is cutting edge with his deserts and menu creations. Very delicious and awesome atmosphere….

I was fortunate enough to attend the State Theatre Volunteer Dinner. The food was incredibly delicious. The chef and staff could not have been more accommodating, attentive, professional and courteous. I highly recommend and will make it a point to get there. Thank you for a 5 meal and evening.

We had Hassan as our waiter, got to sit outside on a beautiful day and eat absolutely amazing food! I had The Burger (double cheeseburger w/ mozz & provolone cheese + mayo) and my boyfriend had the margarita pizza. Hassan recommended their signature wings and we tried them and were both blown away! Will definitely try to go again when in the area.

Had a date night with my wife here and we had an excellent time. The staff were great, the food was amazing and came out quickly. The ambiance was much more trendy and louder than we were expecting but it wasn’t unwelcome. We’ll definitely be coming back sometime in the future.

Super disappointing experience with this place this weekend. We made a reservation and we’re the 2nd table to be seated for lunch. Waitress couldn’t care less and was seen chatting with several other staffers and taking pictures together while hungry customers sat to be greeted. Waited for 20 minutes and then I asked for drinks. Unacceptable-the service and food got worse from there. Asked for a booster seat which took 30 minutes to arrive after asking multiple times. Ordered an appetizer salad which I again had to ask where it was after 25 minutes. Some of our pizzas came out raw in the middle-sent back one, the rest were tasteless. Don’t waste your time with this place. It is not kid friendly despite being directly across the street from the Crayola Factory. The wait staff does not care and clearly neither does the chef to keep patrons waiting for long periods of time. They did send out a plate of chips for the inconvenience, which cost them nothing. Only interested in night business not lunch. Will never return and will make sure to let others know when making day trips to skip this place.

Very delicious food. It was so hard to pick something. Portions were plentiful. It was a very nice atmosphere. Very cool place to try.

Great place to have lunch. So today 04/04/2023 my wife and I decided to get pizza, the food was great and the waiter was great at his job.

The only complain I have is that the waiter suggested a sauce to glaze over the pizza, but never told me that it had an extra charge. I was charged $2.50 for the amount of a ketchup cup. Not cool! It was not the charge, is was not making me aware the extra charge, for such a small amount.

If I ever go back, I will not be ordering any sauce.

We stopped by after dinner at the colonial for some espresso martinis and they did not disappoint. In fact, they were excellent

Horrible service. Hostess has a bad attitude. Bar tenders suck. Food is below average. Stay away… very much not kid friendly or family friendly

I was very excited to stop by Stokes for dinner before visiting the State Theatre, especially after reading the incredible reviews. I ordered a ceasar salad and Margherita pie. The salad was delicious and large enough to split between 2 people. Unfortunately the Margherita pie was seriously lacking. The fresh mozzarella was there, but only on half of the pie and there seemed to be one singular basil leaf frugally broken into 4 pieces and not even strategically placed on the pie. #sad #disappointed

Unfriendly staff. Not family friendly what so ever. Not kid friendly what so ever. Staff here didn’t seem to have the slightest care in the world

Was greeted upon walk in large family visiting area and was told we can not sit you can not serve you for the reason of a later RSVP coming in and was not even given a kind response in the manor given nor an apology or even asked if we wanted to sit separately or even at the bar …. Recommend highly the RIVER GRILL who was happy to sit us and make room for us and also had RSVP first impression make or break (just saying)

We love Stoke! Delicious food and amazing drinks. I highly recommend any of their pizzas - you can’t go wrong with any of them. Their wings are also incredible and a must have for the table as an appetizer. Not to mention their cocktails are just as superb. Stoke is great for families, couples, date night, any event.

Wonderfully made pizza. Light flaky crust and just the right amount of sauce and cheese, depending on which pie that you order. Warm and comfortable setting inside - great spot for a date night or a meal with friends/family. A pizza lover can eat an entire pie themselves or split with someone else…they are sized to be slightly larger than a personal pizza but not really a traditional small from a pizzeria.

When the kitchen gets Hot, they’ll refuse take- out orders. Bad management!
Get the orders done and stop making unacceptable excuses.

Make a reservation. Easy location (though gj with the holiday street closure, make sure you look for where to park, Waze and Google will not get you there because of road closure. Very tight setup. Tables on top of each other with very narrow walkways for servers and patrons alike. With so many people, its also very loud.that said, it's worth it for the food and service. Great first visit and dinner. Food was hot! Like actually hot when served. It was great. Sandwiches aren't quite edible as sandwiches because of their size and how packed they were. Pizzas were great. Highly recommend the og margarita.

My family came here for lunch before Crayola. We did wait a while for food, and spent a bit more than normal for lunch, but wow! It was delicious. Everything we got. In my opinion, well worth it. It’s also in such a great location. Thanks!

Took over an hour to get our food and they got my wife’s order wrong even after I ask what she had put down for her order the waitress never check what she put in for my wife
