We bought a remnant from Stone Masters. Install was quick and efficient. Karleen and Brandon were very helpful in selection and install process. Danny and Caden too, pleasant, courteous. Everything done in a timely, clean manner. My only suggestion would be to shorten the contract and fee warnings. It was the only part of the process that felt excessive. I would use this company again with full trust. My countertop is beautiful.

After moving to a new home a few years back, I decided it was time to renovate the kitchen. Having had such a positive experience with Stone Masters ~10 years ago when I had them install the countertop in the kitchen of my previous home, I did not hesitate to return there for my new project. This was a much more involved project that spanned 6+ months. From the beginning, Chelsea was incredibly helpful and understanding of my situation and patiently worked with me through the duration of the project. From the slab layout session with Brandon to scheduling my installation through Sarah, the entire process went as smoothly as I could have hoped/expected! On the day of installation, Danny and Caden arrived on time and clearly communicated what I should expect. They worked efficiently and conducted themselves professionally! One final shout-out to Chelsea as her patience bearing with all my questions/concerns through the process was greatly appreciated!

We contacted Stone Masters to do a deep clean of our quartzite island and resurfacing of our soapstone counters which were installed 5 years ago and they once again look newly installed. Danny, our technician, was amazing. He protected every surface in the kitchen before beginning his work, explained each step he took to complete the work, and gave me a few tips to care for the counters. It's wonderful to know this type of service can be done so professionally to maintain beautiful countertops.

We had a wonderful experience with Stone Masters, everyone was extremely helpful. Karlene walked us through our options in the store and was our main point of contact. Ismael conducted our templating and was available early to template and easily available for questions my contractor had. Sarah helped with seamless scheduling and Brandon did the digital slab. Alan and Danny were excellent at ensuring a clean installation, very professional and friendly. I can't wait for my bathroom to be complete, but I've shared a picture of what the top looks like thus far.

We purchased our new townhome this past summer and decided to refresh our guest bathroom with a new quartz countertop. We had used Stone Masters at our last house when we gutted and completely redid our kitchen. They did a beautiful job installing the soapstone counters and quartz on our island at that house so immediately thought of using them again for this smaller project. We met with Chelsea to check out the remnants they had in their yard and found a beautiful Borghini white and silver quartz that was exactly what we were looking for. We then met with Ismael to discuss the templating and worked with Brandon on the digital slab layout (a $100 upcharge but worth it). About a week later, we had two installers, Shannon and Caden come to our house to install the quartz. Everyone at Stone Masters was great to work with include Doc and the scheduler Sarah. Highly recommend them!

My counters are stunning! I'm SO HAPPY with them!

My husband and I have owned 7 homes in 3 states. We have used Stonemasters three times now. The first time we found them, it was for our home in Malvern in 2008. We used them again when we moved to Wayne and redid the kitchen in 2011. We've moved again and used them for our current home.

The home came with black counters which I absolutely hated because I couldn't see anything and it made my eyes hurt. But I'm so sick of home projects, I was just going to live with it. Then I had an errand out in Glen Mills and on a whim decided to stop by and see what they had.

Karlene greeted me at the door, showed me the samples and slabs and within a couple of hours had a estimate sent to my email. Not only was she efficient, she was so straightforward, I didn't feel salesman-icky, lol.

Then the guys who removed my old counters did a great, clean job.

Then Ismael came out and measured everything. His measurements were perfect. I took a pic of my stove to show you how accurate he was!

Then we sat with Brandon as he showed us our exact slabs and how the various pieces would be cut. He made sure they would be cut using the best parts of the slabs.

Then just today, Alan and Danny came out and installed them! And they did such a fantastic job. With as much counter space as I have, there was only ONE seam and I can barely see it. I was on a work call when the guys carried the counters in, and I have NO idea how they managed such large pieces! Alan and Danny spent the time to seal and polish everything. They told us to inspect their work and they would fix anything I didn't like. They checked every inch of it!

Then the plumber, John, came out 30 minutes right after Danny and Alan left, and he's hooking everything back up.

Sarah made scheduling so smooth, communication so clear, here I am, 6 days before Thanksgiving and I'm ready!

(I have to get the backsplash tiled now and will be using Stonemasters to do it. My husband asked if I wanted to look at tiles at other places but no. It's not worth the headache. I know Stonemasters will do a great job and I want it done right!)

We recently had new countertops installed by Stone Masters. These guys are good, really good. Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable, friendly & helpful. Our sales rep, Karlene, showed us the various stone & manmade options - there are a lot of choices. She was very patient & informed us of the benefits of each material. Once we made our selection, Stone Masters sent their templating specialist, Ismael, to remove our old counter & create a template. Ismael was very precise in his measurements and cleaned up our kitchen. Next, we met with the layout specialist, Brandon. He showed us what parts of the slab would make up our countertop using a software package. It's very reassuring seeing what the final product will look like before it's installed. Approximately a week later, our countertop arrived. Alan & Caden, the installers, made some final adjustments, carried in the pieces & assembled the countertop. The seams are barely visible. I've seen other stone counters where the seams are large, highly noticeable & don't match the surrounding stone. Not these seams. Stone Masters prides themselves on their seams & rightfully so. We used Stone Masters' plumber, I think his name was John, to hook up the plumbing. Finally, I'd be remiss not to mention our scheduler, Sarah. She informed us when Ismael, Caden, Alan & John would arrive and ensured everything progressed smoothly. Stone Masters has a great process that moves with military like precision. They also have the best four-legged greeter in the area, Doc. You cannot go wrong with this company.

From the moment we walked through the doors and were greeted by Doc, which I must say is one of the sweetest dogs ever, our experience at Stone Masters was a positive one. Karlene was very informative and extremely helpful in walking us through the selection process. We ended up selecting a beautiful slab of soap stone. Brandon did an amazing job with the digital layout, he certainly has an eye for capturing the beauty of the stone in the layout. Sarah did a great job of communicating things as they were happening. She made sure scheduling for the measuring and for the installation worked for us. Danny, Caden & Alan did a wonderful job of installing the stone. They were all very friendly, polite and professional. I have to say that we love our new counter tops and highly recommend Stone Masters, they do an amazing job.

Stone Masters was an excellent choice for us to use for our dream kitchen. The selection of stones are stunning and the workmanship and quality are one of the best. Chelsea was very easy to work with on selection. Ismael was professional and thoughtful within our home when he came out to template and Alan and Danny did an amazing job with installing our stunning quartzite and made sure they cleaned up before they left. Overall it was a great experience and would use Stone Masters in the future.

Everyone from start to finish was wonderful. Chelsea and Annemarie were so helpful in selecting slabs and offering advice to get the look that I wanted. Sarah in scheduling, the template guy (sorry forgot his name) and installers, Daniel and Alan - everyone was great. The installation was fantastic - can't even tell where the seam is on the countertops. My house was left spotless after installation. Prices were very competitive and good selection - I looked at a million countertop places. And my countertops look fabulous! Highly recommend StoneMasters.

Great experience during the entire process at Stone Masters. Karlene did a great job walking us thru the process and providing accurate pricing. Brandon did a great slab layout. Shannon and Danny were absolutely amazing installers. They let me know when they were arriving and worked efficiently on our project. They answered all of my questions and could not have done a better install. Sarah was great at scheduling for templating and installing. The countertops complement the whole kitchen remodel.

Great experience overall from start to finish. Working with Karlene and Ish in the beginning of the process to Brandon for the digital layout was a breeze. The installers Danny and Alan were pure class and great. Sarah with the scheduling was on top of every milestone also. Doc was incredible also.

I needed a quartz remnant for a custom bathroom vanity. I read some positive reviews online about Stone Masters and decided to check them out. Very glad I did. Great selection, low pressure, competitive pricing. Very helpful staff, especially Chelsea. From the templating (Ish) to Installers Alan/Chris, including the scheduling by Sarah, everyone was very responsive to questions, courteous, and prompt for appointments. I will definitely be back when I need some countertops for my other rooms. I was pleased everything went so smoothly and it looks great.
