Stonebridge Campus Living - Lehigh, Bethlehem PA

Update: My lease ended in May and a week back I received the security deposit for the house. I received only $189 whereas I paid $435 as the security deposit. I have been trying to reach them since a week but no reply. We left the house in better condition than we received it. I have photos to prove that but still didn’t get the whole deposit back. Total scam, please do not rent their properties. Even the new management is as bad as the old one’s. Probably even worse.
Very bad property management. None of the promises were fulfilled. The maintenance work takes more than a couple of months or sometimes they don’t even show up.
We were promised that the bedrooms would be furnished and all the repair/ maintenance work would be done before the first month of the lease.
But that didn’t happen. We were left with no mattress, no bedframe, no desk, no dresser for the bedrooms and lots of repair work pending.
There’s a big issue of insects, house centipedes and rodents. Even the house smells really bad.
The list goes on and on.
The manager successfully sweet talks every time we complain about something and no action is taken against the issues.
I saw good ratings for the company so decided to go for it but had a worst experience. Please do not fall for the trap.

The house manager was a sweet talker who didn't uphold the promise of giving us a properly renovated home - it was smelly and had a level of dirtiness that needed real professional deep cleaning (by removing everything in the house) - but never done to that level.

The house always had centipedes coming all the way up to the top floor. Master bathroom door had such a bad lock that multiple times people walked in on someone else using it. First floor bathroom wasn't a bathroom at all with all the congested design. Furthermore, there was a broken water showerhead, faucet which never got replaced as they should have been when we were gonna move in. There was an electric heater attachment on the wall which should have been replaced on account of the amount of rust it had but all that was done was covering it up with a coat of paint (it was such a lazy coat that we could still see that rust).

The kitchen had bad flooring since the day we moved in. Never got fixed, nor cleaned. The foam ceiling tiles in many rooms needed replacement but never got one.

I can go on and on. What I'm trying to convey is that this is a true experience.

I should add that we experienced very bad maintenance servicemen attitudes.

My housemates and I have photos to prove that we left the house in a better state than what we received it in. However we haven't even been provided with an itemized itinerary of what got deducted from our deposits.

I absolutely do not recommend anybody to lease these houses.

Polk on 3rd is a great place to live and is in such a perfect location! Offers a mix of city life and cozy apartment vibes. Definitely recommend!

I lived in a Stonebridge campus living apartment for 2 years without many complains. Management was welcoming and willing to help me out. Repairs get done quickly after submitting a work order.

The apartment is well kept and in an incredibly convenient location. Additionally, any needs we have had have been met promptly. I love living here!

I have worked with Stonebridge across multiple properties and on three leases. As a parent of the Student, I have found them professional, timely in their response and fully understanding of the flexibility needed with students. Not only is their on line portal easy to use, but their in person response (particularly Adam) is as easy. I fully recommend them.

Adam is an amazing landlord! Incredibly helpful with quick responses. The Polk on Third apartments are so beautiful.

Adam Gary, the building manager of Polk on Third (Bethlehem, PA 18015) with Stonebridge Campus Living, is an outstanding, caring, and fully competent administrator. The apartment building itself is a beautiful and luxurious home for Lehigh University's students and faculty. Its location is superb, surrounded by all types of eateries, coffee shops, stores, and businesses. All, and Lehigh main campus, are within short walking distance. Throughout my life, I have dealt with many building mangers. Mr. Gary stands out as among the very best. Since I moved here, he has become more than a building manager, but a dear friend as well.

Had a good experience with Stonebridge Campus living. Adam (the property manager) was super on top of emails/texts and responsive to any requests my housemates or I made.
