Stonebridge does a wonderful job taking care of my husband Bill, we are very pleased with the care provided and the cleanliness of the facility.he has a favorite nurse Mandi who treats him like family.

Disgusting, outdated and all residents eat in the shared rooms. Filthy privacy curtains, no entertainment given to the residents, they will sit in the halls to interactive with others. No space for visitors they will sit in the halls also. No wipes to properly clean bottom, tissue only. Bedsores easily form! Dark rooms with little to no light. Shared toilets and no proper labeling of residents supplies within bathroom. Laundry is combined and washed together. Multiply Karen’s at this location and they’re not professional.

I would never put any of my loved ones in this facility ever again! I used to work there with extended healthcare services owned it and rosemary mini was the administrator she was great but this facility has gone down a lot I would not trust any of my loved ones to be in this facility ever!

As Business Development Director of Stonebridge it is a good feeling to promote a facility that has employees as dedicated to caring for our residents as Stonebridge has. To see our residents faces light up when staff come in to start their shift and staffs faces light up you know there is a bond there. The warm, homey atmosphere here is one you don't find everywhere, My family has experienced that dedication personally by having my father and my brother both here as residents at one time.

The staff at this facility has been a breath of fresh air as they have transitioned my 93 year old mother to rehab for her broken hip. Everyone we have encountered in the early stages of her stay convinces us they are focused on the well being of their residents. At this point I am glad we chose Stonebridge and highly recommend it to others for consideration. Dale Hoy particularly has gone out of his way to make her and our family feel comforted during this difficult time.

Both my father and my mother in law have stayed at Stonebridge for rehab and respite care. The staff and management have always been kind, caring and professional with all of the needs of my family member. We will be happy to use them again any time any of our family members need care.
