6Do not live here! Roaches everywhere! When I brought it up to management they said its part of living in an apartment. No matter how clean you keep the apartment you will see more and more of them everywhere! When they come to spray, the next day there will be even more. In the winter it gets so hot in the units and you can not control the temperature. The thermostat is useless. I only had an issue with mice 2 times. Everything breaks and they just try to cover it up. Just do not move here.
The creak of the wood is incredible. The noise is terrible. Hygiene is terrible.
Stopped to see a friend, she just moved in, small little apt. It's kind of dated. But not bad for 1,100.

From first contact to day of vacation, Brielle and the management staff was patient, thorough and responsive. The maintenance department was trustworthy and honest. Any issues I had were addressed with urgency and resolved promptly.
My neighbors were friendly and welcoming (some even helped me on move-in day). Noise levels were always kept respectful.
The on-boarding process was super easy and I never had a question unanswered.
The payment methods were straight forward to begin with but got even more assessable with the new payment website.
Overall, my stay with Stonebridge Run was a positive one. Brielle and the management department were very accommodating and patient, maintenance department was responsive and prompt, communication between management and tenants was transparent with the text messages and/or emails, and my neighbors were all nice. My stay was safe and stress free. I would recommend residency to anyone interested.
The office is really unprofessional, maintenance doesn’t do their job if it requires actual work, my apartments flooded from a storm and they refused to replace the hardwood floors after clear signs of damages and if you press them to fix an issue they will not renew your lease
