I've been going here since I was a child, maybe 5-6 years old. I'm now 22 and still go here to skate with by friends. There usually isn't any bs and everyone is really cool.

Nice skatepark, good walking and running trails around it, little bit of waterfront, a good muscle-beach-esq workout park, a pavilion, and some open grass for whatever.

Nice trails. Beautifully kept and clean. The further you walk towards the Red Bridge the less it feels like you are in the city
