Storage Sense - Folcroft

The facility was clean, the only issue was that a unit nearby was storing food, which attracted mice, and those mice destroyed some of my stored items. Storage sense gave me a discount on my rental to make up for it, which was nice and appreciated

So far, it's been great. I wished I found this place a year ago when I 1st moved here

My experience with the representative at the storage was great, she was very helpful, friendly and overall make it easy for me to understand everything. (Shanda).

Overall, it was positive. However, the rates would go up sporadically making it somewhat difficult financially.

La’Shonda customer service is by far one of the greatest I’ve have experienced in years. I was greeted when I walked in the door and she was very helpful when showing me many options. I will definitely recommend this facility.

Yes Raynell at Folcroft did such an excellent job she made sure i was well taken care of was able to break down every fine print and administration fee. Raynell has great excellent customer service skills and lots of patience i was not easy but she made my time to get a storage very easy.

The manager was very professional and polite and even saw what I would be paying according to close other storage unit and while I'm paying little more then some other places close to me I decided on your company cause felt that would be safe and that's important thank you john Kaspar

I am so glad that I chose Storage Sense. After all I learned that it makes sense to have chosen Storage Sense. It was my first time using a storage. I found out that it was close to where I was moving from and it was easily accessible to me. The opening and closing time was great. I will use it next time and recommend it to others.

Excellent service. Was very helpful with my storage locker Cleanout that I won’t through auction. No elevators! Just pull up and load/ unload. Friend staff and management. Would highly recommend.

It's ok, they close the entrance gate to the property, before the due date of your bill, that upset me

I felt my belongings were safe and secure, Storage Sence even let me know when I accidentally left my lock unlocked. I had my stuff in there for 2 years.

I didn’t mind the storage space. It was also kept cool when indoor. This facility communicated effectively and the customer service online is amazing. I was locked out several times due to forgetting the gate code. I called customer service every time and they were kind and assisted me in retrieving the code. As well as in the office, the ladies were extremely helpful. Ability to provide me more information whenever I was confused by the documents or needed assistance with my locks.
Prior to me selecting this storage space, I did in fact looked around and went with my best choice and I’m glad I did.

I was looking for different storage options for father and I was so pleased with how helpful Mia was. She is extremely friendly, helpful, & knowledgeable about renting with Storage Sense.
