Its more one month that i have not received my order how ever on the time of order it said 3-5 days but its 35 days that still i have not received my order

I received my order lightning fast! Ordered Friday morning and it was on my porch Sunday afternoon! Whaaat!? ! Although there was no bubble wrap my order had no issues. They packed it so well - I couldn’t get it all back in the box after I checked in my order. And they let me choose a small gift. I’ve ordered before but this was really impressive. Now I have to get to work filling all these jewelry trays! Thanks y’all!

I walked in during business hours to pick up an order and walked into some employee meeting around where customers are directed to go for pick ups. Told them I was here for a pick up, and was promptly hushed and given the one minute finger single. Felt super awkward as a customer listening to managers talk about productivity while being forced to wait around for 15 minutes on my order so they can have their meeting during business hours. The employees were super helpful in helping me get everything loaded, but management is way off.

Yet again I am disappointed with the shipping and service from store supply! This time last year when I placed a larger size order, I had several issues and was even called by the manager and assured that wasn't normal for them and they would make it right. I was grateful and believed that was true. They did replace several boards that arrived broken and gave me a partial refund, however, they shipped them to the wrong address (even after confirming the correct address over the phone). Because they arrived at my business address (which hadn't opened yet), no one was there to accept them and they were left in the rain for days! So, I am afraid that this is the norm for them or at least ALL of my orders! This time, not only did they remove half my address on the shipping label, but my order also wasn't expedited when I had paid additional for it to arrive in 1 day. They guarantee if you order by 3: 00 pm EST, it will ship that day - not true either! I ordered Thursday and I had items not ship until Saturday. When I received tracking it stated 2 packages in one tracking number, but I only received one. I called FedEx to open a case to no avail. So, I then called Store Supply because most of my order was still MIA. Customer Service states that there was only 1 packing in the tracking number and it was a glitch in the e-mail communication stating "package 1.package 2. " However, based on the size of that box, there was NO WAY all of my order would have fit inside. I was offered a refund on the expedited shipping, however, they only refunded half, so I even had to follow up again with them about that as well.

I keep giving them my business and I am not sure why. Every order within the last year has been horrible and I will think twice about the next order!

I placed an order online, paid and waited for tracking information. When it was sent I waited a couple of days since it was obvious the label had been printed but they never actually sent the item to FedEx. When I called, the rep said the items were dropped off the day before. So I waited. A few days later I called FedEx and was told there were no scans for the item, so from their end it looked like they didn't have it. Took the 24 minutes waiting for a rep at SSW (again) and asked for a refund. They said they would send out another item same day, so I eventually said ok.
I immediately called back and got another rep (eventually), who let me know the item was out of stock and she would issue a refund. Never again.
If you need something in a hurry, go elsewhere.

Ordered custom bags and they sent me the wrong size and my bags looked horrible Shipping was very late I paid for express & it took almost a month to get my items.
