1I normally don't care to write reviews, but felt the need to share my experience so other people don't have to endure what I did. I had an appointment at 11: 15am and arrived at roughly 11: 10am. Within the first 5 minutes, they brought me to my room to be seen by Straka. I was impressed by how quickly I was sent back. What they didn't tell me is that I would be waiting OVER AN HOUR to be seen. After AN HOUR and 10 minutes, I left my room and asked for a refund. The sheer disrespect for a patients time is ridiculous. I understand and almost expect to wait 10 minutes or so because the provider may be with other patients, but over an hour? If you're late to a doctors appointment more than 15 minutes, they charge you and make you reschedule but it's ok to make patients wait forever? I wasn't even acknowledged with the usual "the doctor will be in shortly" or any update whatsoever. Overall horrible experience, wasted valuable time sitting in a room for nothing.
