7It looks very nice for the area but i heard rent was 1600 a month for a hotel room.dont quote me on that its what i heard.
Probably the best maintenance staff ive ever had while renting and ive lived in quite a few places. Always nice and fast. Like another review below me, all the amenities have been great and I can always reach someone if i need to.
Ive lived at Strata West for almost 4 years and unfortunately have to move because of work. The leasing staff, maintenance team, and amenities have all been excellent. Ive always felt safe living here and the minimal issues that came up over the years were addressed immediately. Will definitely miss living here!
Strata is AMAZING! I would definitely give 5 stars. This place was my home for over 3 years and hands down the best place i lived in so far <3.would not have moved out of strata If i weren't relocating. We never had any noise problems from upstairs because its very well constructed. Very Friendly staff especially Robert, Melissa & Megan, they always greet you with a smile and Awesome neighbors. Great amenities and wonderful dog park. My dog (Snow) made many friends in the park and in the hallway lol. There are great places to eat in walking distance. They had Corn-hole leagues outdoors and omg it was sooooo much fun. My friends actually still live at Strata and they are renewing their lease again!
I lived here for 2.5 years and it was on of the best experiences of my life. The staff is top notch. If you like the uptown experience and are looking for a place to live in Allentown or the Lehigh Valley area, you would be doing yourself a huge disservice if you don’t decide to at least stop in and give them a look. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE STAYING HERE. If you decide to rent tell them Eric M sent you!
I really appreciate how hard everyone has worked to make this place my home. Tara went above and beyond to have electric doors installed & I can now have access to all the areas freely. The staff at Strata is top notch and there is nowhere else I would rather live. They are very understanding and accommodating.
