Avoid, avoid, avoid! Do not go to this bar. They have no idea what is going on. The bartenders are wonderful but unfortunately the door staff and management are clueless. No idea how to run an effective bar. Suggest anywhere but here.

Very nice place. However, they do not have the drink I like which is Malibu which is a standard liquor for any bar.

Celebrating birthday party here. Service is terrible. Beyond terrible. Can I give negative stars? Reservation with bottle service for 10plus guests. 100+ dollars per guest. Food is refrigerated with no taste. Manager uncooperative. Arrogant and abusive. Wait for lawsuit to close this place out. Be careful on this place because they are just trying to milk the money.

Strongly suggest to stay away from this place. Total scam. Please don’t fall intro trap and make reservation for $1k min bottle service charge.

No bag policy means working professionals can't have a rooftop drink and also pack lunch. Ring an umbrella.work laptop.etc

The bartender Prince was really rude and not welcoming. I asked him a question and he put his hand up as if to tel me to leave him alone.disappointing

I went here with my best friend for a birthday celebration and it was AWESOME. Casy was our bartender and he was amazing. The drinks we got were amazing and he even gave us free green tea shots. I would definitely come back here again!

Disorganized & not much of a view for rooftop lounge. Food was ok, drinks were mediocre. Server did his best given disorganization from the kitchen & bar staff.

I had the privilege of photographing a wedding at the Stratus Lounge in Hotel Monaco, Philadelphia, and it was truly a unique and extraordinary experience. The open bar format, absence of arranged seating, and stunning night-time cityscapes created a modern and swanky vibe that guests couldn't stop raving about. The food was amazing, and the Hotel Monaco staff made it easy for vendors to work there. I couldn't be happier with my experience, and I hope to return in the future. Highly recommended!

My company hosted a welcome reception at Stratus and it was the perfect venue to kick off our event.

We loved the rooftop views of Philadelphia and the beautiful rooms off to the side.

Hors d'oeuvre were delicious and the bartenders kept everyone happy. Would love to visit again very soon.

Great atmosphere. Drinks were good but not great, especially for the price. Shout out to the band Snacktime. Really added to the great vibe. Had whipped ricotta and ginger tater tots. Again, good, but not great value.

Visited as part of an LGBTQ event. Having credit card in hand at bar to order first drink, was ignored by bartender while others around me were served. Ordered a standard vodka and Red Bull in a short glass. Was charged $25. Maybe I didn’t have the right look?

The only reason I gave this a star at all was because our server was doing the very best she can despite by far THE WORST MANAGED ROOFTOP IN THE PHILADEPHIA AREA! We first were turned off by being greeted rudely by the a gentleman who appeared to be a manager of some sort about our purpose for attending…when we told him we were there for a party he told us we had to wait…we were the ONLY group he stopped…hate to mention that we were large group of blacks people…we then experience a long wait for literally everything including waiting an hour and a half for bottle service…just TERRIBLE…not to mention there was not a single person checking and cleaning off tables to the point I witnessed several people bussing their own tables! I get better service from Applebees. Overall this experience was a -2/10 and it will be very hard pressed if I ever came back…the esthetics don’t save this total lack of capable managers. The servers are not the problem!

My card was charged an additional $500 which they claim don't know where it came nor did they offer to fix the situation. Had to call my bank and was told the charge was made minutes after I was charged for my food and drinks. It's obvious that they are scamming people. I wouldn't recommend anyone going there

On there website stays it’s free to get in from 9: 30p to 10p. We got there at 9: 45p and the front host was so rude and made us pay $20 cover each. We told him it wasn’t 10pm yet and he said we are charging cover now. We paid just to go up there and we couldn’t even see the city/skyline. I do not recommended this place as you will be disappointed.

I arrived at Stratus after getting married. I had a small wedding party of 5, but 35 were waiting to arrive after I checked out Stratus. Three of the staff members at Stratus were by far the rudest individuals that have ever encountered. We have gone to clubs in NY, London. Paris. Montreal and other areas and never experienced staff like these rude people. I am not bragging about where we have been. I am saying this to point out that this is the ONLY time I have experience this. They moved us two times from where we were sitting. They said we had to order bottle service. We did despite seeing people sitting next to us with nothing. We ordered a bottle of champagne after being moved. The second time they told my friends to get up. We were not rude. We were about to spend money and we were all dressed nicely since we had just come from the wedding. The one employee told my friend that we needed to move to allow for people who will spend more money. We were only in that spot for 6 minutes. We were prepared to spend money, decided to go because we were treated like trash. I told the rest of the wedding party not to come up. We left and all went to another club were we spend money and had a great time. Another point is that the place where the wedding was held was incredible from top to bottom. We went from the best to the worst that is Stratus. I definitely plan on talking every I know about our horrible experience. There are plenty of other roof deck bars in Philly that actually have a view and nice staff. Stratus obviously didn't want our money so all 45 of us took it elsewhere where we received much better service without the attitude.

They were also the most disorganized staff that I have ever seen. It seems as if the staff did not know what to do because they kept moving us and telling us where they put us is fine only to have them come back 10 minutes later to kick us out of the spot. The staff also looked confused and angry. The place we went to before stratus was so organized and seamlessly took care of all of my 50 plus guests with ease and in an extremely nice manner. I paid for open bar at the place we were at before stratus.
Stratus was confused and lost as to what to do with 5 of us and had no clue what they were doing. I used to love Stratus, but it has changed from being an upscale place to a money grabbing rude establishment.

It is definitely not worth the $20.00 entrance fee. The music was good, but not worth $20.00 just to hear music you can find on Spotify. The $20.00 is to just walk into the door. We have been to upscale bars in Manhattan that changed less and gave you much more.

EL Tehno, Bok Bar, Assembly Lounge and Attico are all better roof top bars because they have reasonable drink prices, great staff and great views and they don't try so hard to be a fake upscale bar by thinking that charging more and giving your customers less is good business because it is not.

Came in after 7 almost 8. Live music so wanted seating and was told it would Be a $200 min to seat. No where on website states that you need a reservation or a $200 min to seat. Stood at the bar ordered food. The chicken was not done. Sent the food back. BARTENDER states it will be a 15-20 wait to get food back. Ask for check BARTENDER overcharged me.for a double shot. 1st and definitely last.
