Street Road Animal Hospital, Trevose PA

My husband and I brought our puppy here yesterday after a horrible experience at another vet where they told us to just put our puppy down. However, the staff here was so friendly and truly listened to our concerns and guided us in the best direction of care for our puppy. Our puppy is doing better. The staff even called us back to see how our puppy was. I highly recommend taking your animals here if I could give them 10 stars I would. After this visit they will become our primary vet for all our dogs. Thank you so much for your care!

Went with my mother to take her dog to her first appointment today. My mother is not only hearing impaired, but has lung cancer, she has to be on oxygen and carry a portable oxygen machine. This is her dog and she knows everything she needs and why she is here. How is she supposed to carry that and control the dog on a leash while trying to breathe? Th1ey refused to let us both come in. I feel this is very unfair, unprofessional, and rude!

Street Road Animal Hospital sees all of my animals and has provided excellent and honest care for all of my pets. They give that added personal touch that is very meaningful and helpful especially during ER situations. Not every vet visit is easy, especially when your animal is sick but they make it as friendly and stress free as possible. I’m always grateful for the love and compassion my family and fur babies receive from Street Road Animal Hospital. I highly recommend Street Road Animal Hospital to anyone especially those looking for a knowledgeable vet with a wonderful staff. They also work well with the difficult patients and the more exotic patients A great vet all around. 5 stars in my book!

Receptionist was very rude. I saw vet all of 5 seconds. Although vet and vet tech were nice, I had to turn around and go back and get the medication they did not give me. The entire process took an hour and a half and it should not have taken that long.

DO NOT GO HERE. Vets and receptionists are extremely rude and unknowledgeable. I had to take my dog to another vet just to fix their damage.

Took our iguana in to get an X-Ray of her swollen abdomen. She was full of eggs so they administered a shot to progress the egg laying process. Within an hour of being home, she began to lay! Great service and care!

Extremely friendly staff and clean rooms! Was easy to make an appointment without waiting days to get in, and my dogs usually HATE going to the vet but since we switched to here they LOVE it.

If you love your pet, do not trust him to Dr. Esteban Baeza. He prescribed pills Lomotil to our kitten (6 1/2 month), which is not recommended for children and kittens, as it contains a narcotic drug - atropine. (we did not know this and we were not warned about side effects) After the first two pills, the behavior of our kitten changed dramatically: he became hyperactive, his pupils dilated, he could not sleep. He walked in circles, began to throw food out of the bowl, which he had not done before and rushed at our feet. We called the office of Dr. Esteban Baeza, but the girl on the front desk told us that this drug could not cause this behavior. She did not seen to inform the doctor about our concern. We had to go to the emergency room, where we were confirmed that this was a side effect of atropine and it was cancelled. I wrote a letter to the doctor Baeza, in which I regretted that I had entrusted my kitten to him. In response, I received a cynical: "We are happy that nothing happened, because nothing happened".

If I could give them 100s I would. Super professional and very accommodating. Never had a bad experience. Very caring and compassionate.

Took my bunny here for the first time for an exam and the doctor and tech were very kind. They gave me lots of information on diet and care. They were also very nice to my bunny and handled her perfectly where I was sure she was in good hands. A little later into the day I received a phone call saying she had a parasite and they immediately prescribed her medicine and were very helpful with informing me on how to properly give her the medicine and told me to follow up five days after she completed her dosage. Would highly recommend.

Took my dog there and they charged me $600 just to tell me my dog is overweight. The instant test, which was the bulk of the big charge didn't work and needed to be sent out anyway. This dude is a conman that only wants your money. Stay away!

First time visit. Not amicable. Never introduced himself. Talked over me. Didn't listen. Just wanted to go home because we were last appt.if you are looking for someone you can feel comfortable with dont go here. Dont waste your time or money.

Dr. Baeza is NOT a bird vet and should not be treating birds. Not only was he clueless about my own parrots, but my neighbor's parrot had cracked it's beak. Dr baeza broke the beak worse and then had enough nerve to tell her "it's in god's hands now" and walk out of the room like a coward and not come back! Luckily she came to me and we brought the poor bird to my board certified avian vet Dr. Dazen at the animal and bird health center and hospital in cherry hill. They repaired and cauterized his beak and gave him antibiotics and pain meds. He is now thankfully doing well. If you love your feathered kids, stay away from this fake!

Took our sick bird there two weeks ago. Yes they were able to squeeze us in with an appointment the day I called but I wish they would have listened to what we had to say in regards to what was going on with the bird. It was quite obvious the bird was sick but was not given any medication which I suggested.the vet spent very little time with the bird.we had a test done on him which cost $161 to determine what was wrong.the results came back on a Tuesday unfortunately the bird died on Monday. Maybe if the bird was given some kind of medication he would still be alive today. I had called twice that week to have someone explain the test results to me and was told someone would call me back. Its been almost two weeks and I have never received a call back. Very unprofessional! I've been told by others I probably havent received a call back because there probably was something that could have been done for my bird. Hopefully in the future the vet listens to the pet owners when they say their pet is sick and does what is necessary.

I can't say enough how fabulous this animal hospital is. Very welcoming and helpful:) Couldn't be happier that we found this place.

This is a clean well run specialized Animal Vet/Hospital. Regular hours but what a caring staff and Vet! We have had calls after hours asking about the pet's current state. That has never happened in my lifetime of owning dogs! I had 2 beloved dogs that were put down at the end of their lives here. That was my first experience with them and they were caring and professional. I was not a client at the time. I am now for my 4 dogs! Keep up the great work~

I started going here with my 2 birds. The doctor and his staff are great! He is extremely knowledgeable and caring. The office is very clean. I honestly can’t say enough. Now my guy is on the mend and feeling so much better.

Great staff, great doctor, very reasonable prices. Brought my cat in for a spider bite above his eye. Went right in to the exam room, no wait time at all.
