Friendly, clean and helpful. We were greeted immediately and offered assistance picking out exactly what we said. The artist was incredible. My mom's signature couldn't be any more perfect. Recommend and we will be returning.

Paul the Piercer was super chill and welcoming when I went to get my earlobes and cartilage pierced! He talks you through what he’s doing and makes you instantly comfortable. Quick, clean, and easy experience and would definitely go back for any piercing needs.

So I went here months ago because it was the only place I could find near NJ that would pierce my 13 year old daughters nose.

While there, I had my upper lip on the left side redone. I had it done twice before but it hadn't been placed correctly so it wouldn't sit properly and I had to remove it. I explained to the piercer that there was scar tissue, and I needed him to pierce above where it has been before because it wasn't sitting properly.

He pierced both my lip, and my daughter's nose. Within a week, I had to remove my lip piercing due to the placement not being correct again, and the amount of swelling. I would have preferred he tell me it just wasn't possible to pierce that area rather than just try to make money off me.

My daughter's nose piercing lasted less than two weeks before it fell out and closed due to the type of jewelry they use. Every other piercing place I've been to uses nose piercings that aren't easily able to pull free, and hers would pull out constantly from her just removing the band-aid they told her to cover it with at night to sleep, and one night it came out and hurt too much for her to get back in so she let it close.

Today, my daughter wanted to get her nose pierced again for her 14th birthday, which isn't until tomorrow. I called around and found a place that recommended this place. Not realizing it was the place we had gone to before, we showed up.

We decided to give them another chance, figuring she'd get a hoop this time so it wouldn't fall out, which she did.

While there, I decided to get snake bites under my lip towards my cheeks. The right one is more than a half inch off placement from the left, which I noticed while there but I couldn't very well have him put another hole in my face. If you look at the photo, you'll see one ball is closer to the crease of the corner of my lips, while the other is about half an inch inward beneath my lip.

That's a difference a piercer should have noticed.

Then, I get home, and less than 5 hours later, one of the piercings fell out and I swallowed it! I thankfully had another bar to put in, but it hurt like hell and my cheek is super sore now.

He used the posts with the push in studs that easily come out. Why would anyone use those for an initial piercing when they fall out easily? Unless they want them to come out so you have to keep going in to pay to get pierced again.

I spent close to $500 at this place just in piercings, including tips, and haven't been happy with a single visit, with the possible exception of my daughter's new nose piercing if that stays in.

No new piercing should fall out within a week, let alone a few hours. 10/10 would NOT recommend, unless you want to waste money.

The piercer is really nice, and the shop is clean, but it's not worth what you pay to get a scar for a piercing that won't last more than a week or two.

Find another place. I know I won't go back.

This tattoo cost me an E. R.visit with a hefty price tag. I also posted an updated picture of the disaster about a month later and my tattoo looks like it's 20 years old already!

Paul is amazing. I don't see myself going to any other piercer. Got my tongue ring with him and he was able to take care of me a week later to change my bar and was so patient and cool.

Me and my partner visited this place 30 minutes before closing. I was looking for a new piece of jewelry, to change out my old flat piercing jewelry. Immediately found something I loved and Paul was able to install the new jewelry on me, free of charge. I would defenitly recommend anyone go to this establishment. Very clean and professional.

Got a bad piercing back home and was here visiting family, literally could not take the discomfort anymore and came here to get it looked at. Paul was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He looked at it and immediately knew what the prior piercer did wrong. Paul fixed it and my discomfort is gone and the swelling is already down. 10/10 would recommend.

I recently got my ear cartilage pierced here. These guys are knowledgeable and professional. The place is clean and welcoming. Paul did a great job. Five stars.

Had a 5: 00 appointment last week, our artist was 10 minutes late and then we sat there for an additional 30 minutes without so much as a word. He was acting very strange and we could see him in his room scrolling on his phone so we left after 40 minutes of waiting.
