These guys are absolutely amazing, my cell phone is my business, everything in my life depends on my cell phone, while writing out a receipt on the hood of my work truck I accidentally left my phone on the hood, never noticed until almost 1/2 mile away I had no phone, I immediately knew what I did, I backtracked and found it in the street but the screen was destroyed from cars running over it, I took it to these guys and on the way my phone was ringing and text was coming in and I was getting frustrated, I found these guys on north Broad street and they fixed my phone within 15 minutes, other places was talking about 3 or 4 days to repair l, these guys were 15 MINUTES LITERALLY! And I was back in business, friendly, engaging, smart, young articulate men, and very professional and knowledgeable about their craft, WELL DONE!

I went to City Wireless which is nearby but wasn’t too pleased with the customer service so decided to try elsewhere. I’ve never heard of WirelessWorld before and I needed a new charger since I was visiting in the area. I decided to head there since I wasn’t left with much of a choice and a dying phone. I was blown away. Exceptional customer service.

Since it was my first time I even got the charger discounted as a courtesy by the manager. Along with that they had an insane selection of accessories unlike any other store I’ve seen. They also offer numerous services from cellphone repair to trade ins and more.
