Stroudsmoor Country Inn, Stroudsburg PA

I will tell you some thing that online travel agents don't want you to know. When reserving hotels use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍ They have the best deals on resorts! Way better than using expedia, tripadvisor, agoda. No doubt about that!

The food was delicious and service was good. The grounds are charming and it was lovely to hear about the holiday festivities to come! We're certainly coming back for the Sunday brunch!

Close to Appalachian trail opposite Delaware water gap. Hike there and loved it. Food wonderful! Also some beautiful views at stroudsmoor inn!

Beautiful property, very friendly staff. Some areas are a bit dated but this is a very old property. Free breakfast was included but not really anything that my wife could eat on keto.

Incredible. I wish I knew this place existed when me and my husband got married! We love every inch of this amazing place and the service is phenomenal. Here are the videos I was looking for and couldn't find. A Queen suite (that's on all the room service menus), the pool (why we came!), and we were lucky to get a room change to a cottage? I think? I'm still unsure which type of room is which. They are all amazing and I plan on having ALL family functions here from now on! There is a room, groups of rooms, rooms connecting, rooms and areas for ANY TYPE of celebration. We are in love! Make sure to ask for Kurt Fillman! Most amazing operations manager I've had the pleasure of talking with in my entire life.

About my videos. I didn't realize that I had to trim them. They are most likely out of order. There is 2 of the pool. 3 of the queen suite, and 2 of the king. Cottage? They are also under the videos. I can only post pictures with my reviews. All I have are videos.

Absolutely loved our new year's dinner at Stroudsmoor Inn the food was amazing with prime rib cooked to perfection, eggplant rollitini every side you could imagine.meatballs there are just devine to top the linguine, the seafood with seafood cakes and shrimp, lobster and scallops, linguine and clam sauce. It was a feast with oysters, mussels and clams at the seafood bar.and don't get me started with the service.they were amazing as every request was met. The chef's came out to see to it the prime rib was seared to your liking upon request and we felt like we were celebrating as we were attended to constantly.
Well done Stroudsmoor" and thank you all for an amazing new year's eve dining experience.

Nice place but hardly "boutique". The cabin we stayed in was very outdated, the drywall seams on the ceiling are peeling off and the 80's chandelier above the bed could use a good dusting.

It gets 3 stars because it's not bad if you don't want to spend a whole lot for a night/weekend in the Poconos.

We went to Stroudsmoor Country Inn for the Housing authority Christmas party we haven't been there for 2 years so due to the pandemic and I thought that we all needed a break so I requested that we go and enjoy ourselves for the first time in 2 years thank you Stroud more it was fantastic as usual

We stayed New Year's Eve weekend. This wasn't very special weekend for my husband and I New years Eve was our first kiss 45 years ago. They are extremely accommodating to people's health issues food allergies they go above and beyond to make your stay absolutely wonderful, the accommodations were absolutely unbelievably clean their protocol for covid is above and beyond they made our special weekend absolutely exquisite thank you again to everyone that made our 45 years of our first kiss one to remember I will never forget how accommodating everyone was thank you again for everything Kent &Robin Woolf

Really really large area with lots of buildings you can tour, it is dark around the area so make sure your high beams are on, so you can see. The restaurant was nice and food was good. Yuengling is the king of beers in Northeastern PA so I can’t complain about that being on tap!

My family of 11 AND my epilepsy service dog (that they were very understanding of), Bug, all went to the Sunday evening buffet at Stroudmoor last night for my mother-in-law's 70th and were BLOWN AWAY! The food was incredible. The service was fabulous AND it was just so nice to be able to go out to a nice restaurant with the family and have a lovely dinner after the last 2 years of covid craziness and no one being able to go anywhere. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STROUDMOOR and I am a professional photographer AND event producer. I speak from experience. This sort of excellent food and service are sadly not everywhere. Stroudmoor is WONDERFUL!

JUST MARRIED
We got married @ woodsgate and had our rehearsal party at the pool! They were accommodating in every way possible. Every step of the way with planning they helped us. Alex was our day of coordinator and she was amazing! Me and my wife are being happy with our stay our wedding and our experience.

Beautiful place for a wedding. We were there for Granddaughter's wedding. Spent 2 nights. Food was good. Service was great. Room was clean.
